What Is BC.Game?
BC.Game launched in 2017 and has grown into one of the most recognisable names in crypto gambling. It pairs a very large third-party library — slots, live dealer, table games and game shows — with its own provably fair BC Originals, a full sportsbook and esports book, and a rewards system built around its native BCD token.
The corporate history matters here more than at most operators. BC.Game originally operated from Curaçao under BlockDance B.V. In November 2024, bankruptcy proceedings were reported against the related Curaçao entity Small House B.V., and BC.Game announced on 5 December 2024 that it had withdrawn its Curaçao licence.
Today BC.Game is operated by Twocent Technology Limited, incorporated in Belize, under a licence from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, number ALSI-202410011-FI1. What the public record establishes is a change in the named operating entity. Whether the brand's assets were formally transferred, and on what terms, is not something we can show from public documents, so we do not assert it.
On the marketing side, BC.Game has pursued mainstream visibility as principal shirt sponsor of Leicester City, confirmed by the club itself, and through a partnership with the Argentine Football Association, announced and later renewed by the AFA. It was also named Best Casino Operator for Europe at SiGMA in 2023. Sponsorship and awards tell you about marketing budget, not about how an operator handles a disputed withdrawal, and we do not count them as safety signals.
The two numbers that matter most
Before the library, the bonuses or the sportsbook, understand these.
Your deposit must be wagered once before you can withdraw. Deposit $100 and you must place $100 in bets before a withdrawal is possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and it is not unusual — at least one major competitor applies the same rule. It is only a problem if nobody tells you, which is why it is here rather than buried.
Be careful not to confuse this with bonus wagering. The 1× rule applies to ordinary cash deposits with no bonus involved. If you accept a deposit bonus, a separate and far higher multiple applies to the combined deposit and bonus balance. The two are different mechanisms and they stack.
The withdrawal ceiling tightens when you win. Under BC.Game's terms, withdrawals are capped at €10,000 per month, and that cap drops to €5,000 per month once your balance exceeds ten times your total deposits. Read that again, because it is the single most consequential term on the site. The rule is written so that the more you are ahead, the more slowly you can take money out. A player who turns a €500 deposit into €20,000 is, by the terms, on a €5,000-a-month schedule.
Anywhere you see BC.Game described as having no withdrawal limits, that description is wrong.

Is BC.Game Legit and Safe?
BC.Game is a licensed, long-running operator with verifiable games. But a legitimate operator can still be one you should not trust with much money, and this is where its scorecard splits.
The licence
BC.Game is operated by Twocent Technology Limited under Anjouan licence ALSI-202410011-FI1. We checked this against the Anjouan Gaming Authority's public licence register on 5 August 2026: Twocent Technology Limited, ALSI-202410011-FI1, status VALID, business-to-consumer, issued 2 October 2024, expiring 1 October 2026, covering bc.game, bc.fun, hash.game and blaze.game among others. It appeared on neither the suspended nor the revoked list.
Two things follow. First, the licence is real and current, which settles the question people most often ask. Second, it expires on 1 October 2026, so if you are reading this after that date, check the register yourself before depositing.
An Anjouan licence is legitimate but it is the lightest-touch regime of any operator we rate, and the jurisdiction has drawn criticism for the breadth of what it licenses. It offers less external oversight and a less defined complaint path than a Curaçao, UK, Malta or Ontario licence. If a large-balance dispute arises there is no strong, structured regulator to escalate to.
Sweden has prohibited the operator
This is the hardest single fact in the review, and it concerns the current operator rather than the defunct predecessor.
At the end of June 2026, Sweden's gambling regulator Spelinspektionen issued a prohibition order against Twocent Technology Limited, barring it from providing gambling directed at the Swedish market without a Swedish licence. The regulator's investigation found Swedish-language affiliate marketing and promotion through content creators, and identified bc.game among Twocent's domains. Spelinspektionen also noted that it had contacted the operator and received no response.
Sweden publishes its prohibition decisions in a public register. A prohibition order is not a finding that players were cheated. It is a finding that the operator marketed into a regulated market it was not licensed for, and then did not engage with the regulator that raised it. For a reader weighing whether this operator engages constructively when an authority pushes back, that second part is the more telling half.
A transparency problem worth flagging
BC.Game's own general terms and conditions still reference the former Curaçao operator, BlockDance B.V., and an old Curaçao licence number, even though the brand now sits under Twocent and Anjouan. That is not proof of wrongdoing, but it is exactly the housekeeping a tightly run operator would have completed, and it means a player reading the contract cannot tell which entity they are actually contracting with. Given that a related predecessor entity went through bankruptcy proceedings, this is not a trivial detail.
Public reputation and complaints
This is BC.Game's core problem and it deserves a fair hearing.
- Trustpilot has removed BC.Game's rating: As of 10 August 2026 the profile displays a notice that the company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines, alongside a statement that a number of fake reviews have been removed. The 3,725 remaining reviews split 21% five star and 69% one star, with 900 posted in the last twelve months. We are not going to characterise what the score used to be, because the live page proves today's state and not its history.
- The complaint record is inspectable, and it has a shape: AskGamblers hosts a public BC.Game complaints file where each case can be opened and read. The pattern across it is consistent enough to be the central warning of this review: complaints cluster at the point of withdrawal, and verification is the usual mechanism. Cases in that file include a $42,060 dispute in which the player says identity verification was demanded after a withdrawal request, an $800 case describing an account blocked after a withdrawal attempt, several suspensions tied to KYC, and complaints about deposits that never arrived.
- Some of those cases do resolve: The same file includes a $47,000 blocked-account complaint recorded as resolved, and a resolved complaint about responsible-gambling limits that a player alleged had not worked as set. That matters for balance: the public mediation route sometimes produces a result, which is more than can be said at operators whose complaint files are uniformly dead ends. It also means the raw existence of complaints is not the signal. The signal is where in the customer journey they cluster.
- The big-win withdrawal theme: Across Trustpilot and the AskGamblers file, one shape recurs: a player deposits and plays without issue, wins a meaningful amount, and then at the point of a significant withdrawal meets a verification request, an account review or a bonus-abuse clause. Trustpilot currently carries a review alleging repeated verification friction after wins above $10,000. Every one of these is an unverified player allegation, and BC.Game's side is generally not on the record.
What we can say is narrow and worth stating precisely. The complaints that exist are concentrated around withdrawals and verification rather than spread evenly across the experience. We cannot show that balance size causes the friction, because a public complaint file cannot establish that — players with small, smooth withdrawals rarely file anything, which biases the record by construction. Treat the clustering as a risk signal about where this operator's process is most likely to catch you, not as proof of how it will treat you.
Unverified allegations of unauthorised withdrawals during maintenance windows circulate in player communities. We flag these as unverified reports, not confirmed facts, and we have not been able to source them to anything inspectable.
Account security
BC.Game documents two-factor authentication through an authenticator app and passkey login, both covered in its own official guides. Its wider marketing also describes an anti-phishing code, session monitoring, email login alerts, a Cloudflare security layer and hot and cold wallet infrastructure. Those may all be in place, but we have not been able to verify them from primary documentation, so we report them as operator claims rather than as confirmed features. Enable two-factor authentication the moment you register.
Safety verdict
BC.Game is a licensed operator with a large product, verifiable provably fair Originals and a long history. The risks concern the lightest regulatory backing in our rated set, a prohibition order from a European regulator against the current operating company, terms that still name a defunct predecessor, a complaint record concentrated at the withdrawal stage, and a Trustpilot rating removed for fake reviews. Verify early, keep balances modest, cash out regularly, and read every bonus's terms before you opt in.

Does BC.Game Require KYC?
Not necessarily upfront, but potentially at any time, and a withdrawal is the documented trigger point. This is the most misunderstood thing about BC.Game.
Can you register without verification?
Often, yes. BC.Game is crypto-first, and it is widely described as a no-KYC casino on that basis. We would put it more carefully than the marketing does: what the terms and anti-money-laundering policy establish is BC.Game's right to demand verification, not a guarantee that it will not ask at signup. "No mandatory upfront KYC" is not the same as "no KYC", and treating them as the same is how players get caught out.
When is verification requested?
BC.Game's anti-money-laundering policy and terms reserve the right to request identity verification at any time, including before a withdrawal, and to restrict service or payment until it is complete. The policy describes a risk-based approach, which means the trigger can be a larger withdrawal, an on-ramp deposit, unusual activity, a jurisdiction check, a source-of-funds question or a bonus-abuse review. The public complaint record shows withdrawal-stage requests are common; the policy itself does not commit to when checks happen.
Documents you may need: government-issued photo identification, proof of address, a selfie and in some cases a short verification call, and occasionally evidence of source of funds or wealth.

Bonuses and Promo Codes
This is BC.Game's most confusing area, and the confusion is not entirely accidental. Two separate bonus architectures run at the same time, they work on completely different mechanics, and most third-party write-ups blend them into one offer.
The traditional deposit package
A staged match across your first four deposits, with percentages that vary by region and campaign — currently reported in the region of 120%, 100%, 80% and 80%, with free spins attached to each stage. The critical term is the wagering multiple: BC.Game's published bonus terms attach a high multiple to the combined deposit and bonus balance, reported at 40× to 45× depending on the offer and territory, with free-spin winnings carrying 40×. Because sources disagree on the exact multiple, check the specific promo card you are activating rather than trusting any review, including this one, on that number.
The BCD rakeback bonus
A separate recurring four-deposit offer credited not as cash but as locked BCD, at much larger headline percentages, rising to 360% on the fourth deposit. This is the offer behind the eye-catching numbers you see advertised. It has no expiry, which is a genuine plus, and it does not need clearing before a deadline.
The unlock formula, which BC.Game does publish
Locked BCD is released as you wager, at a rate of wager × 1% × your VIP unlock rate, which starts at 20% and rises with VIP level to around 24%. An earlier version of this page said BC.Game does not publish this rate. It does, and the published figure is worse than our previous estimate.
Work it through. At the entry unlock rate, every $1,000 you wager releases about $2 of locked bonus. Freeing $100 therefore takes roughly $50,000 in turnover, not the $10,000 this page previously suggested. At the top VIP unlock rate it is around $42,000. There is also a $5 minimum before unlocked rakeback can be claimed.
Viewed that way, a "360% match" is not a bankroll boost. It is a slow, trailing loyalty programme with a very large number on the banner. That is not dishonest in the sense that the money does eventually unlock, but the advertised percentage and the money you can actually withdraw differ by a factor most players will never calculate.
Game contribution is the trap inside the trap
On bonus wagering, third-party slots contribute 50% to 100%. Live casino and table games contribute nothing. BC Originals — Crash, Dice, Plinko, Mines, the games the platform is best known for — contribute either a token amount or nothing at all depending on which bonus structure you are in. Clearing a bonus by playing Crash does not work. Note that this is a separate question from the 1× deposit turnover rule, which Originals do satisfy.

Do you need a promo code?
For the core offers, generally not. Bonuses are activated from the bonus dashboard as you deposit. Third-party sites promote specific BC.Game codes: some are legitimate referral codes unlocking a separate deal, others are region-specific, time-limited or out of date. A promo code and a referral code are not the same thing even though they share one entry field — the first is meant to benefit you, the second benefits whoever referred you. Verify any code on BC.Game's own promotions page before depositing.
Free spins, free bets and no-deposit claims
BC.Game leans on recurring drops: free-spins giveaways, a daily slots raffle, streak-based free bets for sports bettors and periodic live-casino cash drops. These reward activity rather than arriving free. Several third-party pages promote no-deposit or free-chip offers; these vary by region and date, and free-spin winnings carry their own wagering requirement. Do not assume any advertised no-deposit code is available to you.
Rakeback, cashback and VIP
Rakeback and recharge cashback are claimable on short cycles, and the VIP club adds fee-free withdrawals, a dedicated host, level-up bonuses and enhanced cashback. The highest-value VIP perks are invitation-based, so their worth cannot be priced from outside.
Are the bonuses worth claiming?
For small and casual play, the ongoing rewards are worth having and the absence of an expiry on the BCD unlock is friendlier than most. For anyone treating the headline percentage as money, the unlock arithmetic above is the whole story. Combined with broad bonus-abuse clauses, this is the area that sits behind a large share of the withheld-winnings complaints.
Deposits and Withdrawals
BC.Game is built for crypto, and for compliant, modest cash-outs the experience is generally described as fast. The friction appears in three predictable places: the turnover rule, the caps and verification.
Deposits are overwhelmingly crypto. BC.Game's own documentation states it charges no internal deposit fee, with minimums in the low single-dollar range depending on the coin. If you do not already hold crypto, a built-in on-ramp lets you buy through third-party providers such as MoonPay and Banxa. There is no native fiat cashier: play and settlement stay in crypto.
Coin support is very broad — well over a hundred assets by BC.Game's own listing, including Bitcoin with Lightning support, Ethereum, USDT and USDC across multiple networks, Solana, Dogecoin, XRP, TRON, BNB, Litecoin, many altcoins and the native BCD token. Check the current supported-assets list in the cashier before planning a route in or out, and make sure you have selected the correct network and included a memo or destination tag where the coin requires one.
How to withdraw: open your wallet and select withdraw; choose the coin and, crucially, the correct network; paste your address and add a memo or tag if required; enter the amount and review the network fee; complete your two-factor confirmation; wait for approval and then blockchain confirmation.
Speed and fees
The no-fee claim is BC.Game's own: its documentation says it adds no internal withdrawal charge beyond the network fee, and free withdrawals are a VIP perk. We found no player evidence either way, so it stays unverified.
Speed has better support. Trustpilot reviewers between April and August 2026 described payouts as "instant in crypto", "super fast", and completing "in seconds" — the last referring to local-currency payments. On Reddit, a commenter of almost two years' standing said they "never had an issue with withdraws", including a $6,000 cashout that triggered verification.
In another thread, a blocked withdrawal turned out to be a bad wallet address; a different one worked. Note that those Trustpilot quotes sit on the profile Trustpilot stripped fake reviews from, so they are corroboration, not proof.
Reviewed transactions are the other story. One reviewer of three years alleges that wins above $10,000 met attempts to "stop me from withdrawing", and that one payout was split into repeated $2,800 transfers — the cap as experienced. BC.Game replied that verification is standard compliance, unrelated to whether a player wins.
Uncomplicated crypto transfers can be near-instant; reviewed ones take far longer. We will not publish a figure until we have measured one.
Limits
As set out at the top of this review: 1× turnover on every deposit, and a monthly cap of €10,000 that drops to €5,000 once your balance exceeds ten times your deposits. Minimum withdrawals are small and coin-dependent. VIP status can raise limits and prioritise processing.
Note the distinction between a contractual cap of this kind and the per-transaction or payment-route limits players sometimes encounter elsewhere. BC.Game's is written into the terms and keyed to how far ahead you are, which is what makes it unusual and worth the space we have given it.

BC.Game currently advertises more than 10,000 slots, alongside live dealer, table games and its own Originals, drawn from a large roster of studios including Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming and Hacksaw. Third-party games run on the providers' own certified random number generators.
Slots are the core of the library, spanning classic reels, modern video slots and high-volatility bonus-buy titles.
Live casino offers real-dealer blackjack, roulette and baccarat from major providers including Evolution, with periodic cash-drop promotions.
Table games cover a full set of RNG blackjack, roulette, baccarat and poker variants.
BC Originals are the signature. These are provably fair, meaning each result can be cryptographically verified through published tooling, so you can independently confirm that outcomes were not manipulated after the fact. They include the crypto-casino staples — Crash, Dice, Mines, Plinko, Limbo, Keno and HiLo — designed for fast rounds, which incidentally makes them an efficient way to clear the 1× deposit turnover requirement. They are not an efficient way to clear a bonus; see the contribution rules above.
Provable fairness is the strongest game-integrity signal available here, and it is worth understanding what it does and does not cover. It lets you verify individual Originals results against a published seed. It says nothing about the third-party library, which relies on the studios' own certification instead.
Sportsbook and esports
BC.Game's sportsbook shares a single wallet and promotional engine with the casino, which makes it a strong pick for players who want both under one roof.
Coverage spans the major sports — football including the big European leagues and competitions, basketball, tennis and cricket — settled in crypto, with seasonal hubs built around major tournaments. In-play betting is available with cash-out on many markets. A dedicated esports division covers titles including Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2, with a direct presence in the competitive scene. Sports bonus terms differ from casino ones, generally with lower multiples but minimum-odds and parlay conditions attached.
The same trust and withdrawal considerations apply to sports winnings as to casino balances.
Mobile and The Fake App Problem
The desktop and mobile experience is clean and logical despite the volume of content, and the mobile browser is the simplest route: well optimised, no download.
Be precise about what "the app" is, because the imprecision is what scammers exploit. On iOS there is no App Store download — BC.Game's own guidance describes opening the site in Safari and using Add to Home Screen, which creates a progressive web app. On Android it does offer an APK from its own site, but installing it means switching off Android's protection against apps from unknown sources, which trains you to do precisely what a malicious build needs. We could not verify a genuine current App Store listing, and will not describe one as existing until we can.
BC.Game has warned about this since 2022. Its published guidance tells users not to trust listings in other app stores, noting that "any developer can create a fake app and pretend it is BC.Game".
The threat is not hypothetical. In February 2026 a scam warning on Bitcointalk documented a cloned BC.Game service distributed as a Telegram mini-app, with screenshots of an interface built to resemble the site and a fake $45 signup offer. The clone steered users toward a withdrawal that required verification and then a further deposit — the standard advance-fee pattern. That post documents impersonation infrastructure rather than a first-person account, and we found no verifiable case establishing a victim's loss.
Search for a BC.Game app download and most of the front page is lookalike and affiliate domains offering APK files, not bc.game. Start at bc.game, follow the instructions published there, and install nothing from a search result, an app store or a Telegram bot.
Supported and Restricted Countries
BC.Game does not offer services in a range of restricted jurisdictions. Based on the operator's own published list, these include the United States, United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Belgium, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Curaçao, Denmark, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kuwait, Latvia, Mexico, the Netherlands and its Caribbean territories, Pakistan, Panama, Switzerland, Turkey and Uganda, among others.
Separately, Sweden's regulator has prohibited the operator from directing gambling at the Swedish market. Whatever the site's own list says, Swedish players should treat BC.Game as unavailable.
This list changes, so confirm your country on BC.Game before depositing.
On VPNs
Do not use a VPN or any location manipulation to access BC.Game from a restricted country. The terms treat attempts to disguise your location or residence as a breach, which puts your balance at risk including confiscation. Being able to reach the site does not make it legal where you live, and an offshore licence does not override local law.
Customer Support
Support runs 24/7 through live chat, bot first and then a human agent, plus email at support@bc.game, a help centre and an unusually active community presence across Telegram, X and Discord. Multiple languages are supported; we have not verified the current list, so we are not going to put a number on it.
The recurring criticism is quality rather than availability. Scripted answers that do not quite address the specific question come up repeatedly in public reviews — in one documented instance, a question about data deletion drew a self-exclusion reply. We have not run our own live-chat test for this review, so we make no claim about response times, and our support score is a desk assessment marked provisional.
Before contacting support, have ready your username or account ID, the transaction hash, screenshots, the exact bonus name, the time and date, and the wallet address and network involved.
Responsible Gambling
BC.Game's own responsible-gambling material documents deposit, loss and wagering limits, a seven-day cooling-off period, self-exclusion for a minimum of six months — which cannot be shortened or cancelled once activated, and requires contacting support to reinstate afterwards — permanent account closure, and an 18-plus requirement. On paper that is a reasonable toolkit and better than some competitors in this set offer.
One caveat, and it is now sourceable rather than anecdotal. AskGamblers' public complaint file includes a resolved case in which a player alleged that self-set limits did not function as expected. That is an unverified player allegation that was subsequently recorded as resolved, not a proven failure of the tools. But if you rely on these limits, test them with a small figure first and do not treat them as a substitute for your own discipline.
Use them proactively rather than reactively. Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money. Set a budget before you play and stop when you reach it.
