We could not verify that it is. Crashino publishes no license number, no operating company, no company registration number and no registered address in any of its four legal documents or in any page footer, and its About Us link is dead. The only corporate name in its entire terms document is in clause 22.6, which names Gaming Services Provider N.V. as "our licensing body". That is not a regulator; it was a master licensee under Curacao's old sub-licensing arrangement, replaced when the Curacao Gaming Authority's new online gaming policy took effect on 15 November 2023. We searched the authority's Online Gaming License Registry of 27 August 2026, all 661 entries, and its Enforcement Register of 10 July 2026: neither "Crashino" nor "Gaming Services Provider" appears on either. This does not prove Crashino has no license, since a license would be held by an operating company it does not name. Does Crashino charge a fee on inactive accounts?
Yes, and it is severe. Clause 7.1 classifies an account as dormant after 180 days with no bet activity. Clause 7.2 then allows a maintenance fee of 10% of the remaining balance per month, "until the balance falls to EUR 10 (or currency equivalent) or less, at which point the remaining funds may be forfeited". Clause 7.3 promises at least 30 days notice by email first, and clause 7.4 stops the deductions as soon as you log in and place a bet.
