Verdict. Winna suits a crypto player who wants a licensed, clearly identified operator, a wide choice of coins and provably fair house games, and who plays enough to climb a VIP ladder. It is a poor fit for anyone looking for a welcome bonus, for high rollers who need to withdraw more than $10,000 a day without negotiating, and for players who need spending limits they can set themselves. Its marketing says there is no mandatory KYC; its own AML policy says identity checks are due before the first withdrawal.

Overall: 2.9 out of 5. Scored on our eight weighted criteria from documented evidence, as set out on our How We Rate Casinos page. Two of the criteria are provisional: we did not open an account, so our experience and support scores rest on the public site and Winna's own documents rather than first-hand use.
What is Winna, and who runs it?
Winna is a crypto-first casino and sportsbook that says it launched in 2024. It has a casino lobby with third-party slots and live tables, a set of in-house Originals such as Plinko, Mines, Dice, Limbo and Slide, and a sportsbook with its own Sports Terms.
The terms name the operator plainly: Winna.com "is operated by GG Gaming LLC", registered at Sabana Business Center, Boulevard Ernesto Rohrmoser, Mata Redonda, San José, Costa Rica (clause 2.1). Winna's Help Center gives the Spanish form of the same company, GG Gaming Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada. The same name and address appear in the site footer next to a Tobique Gaming Commission seal. The terms are governed by Costa Rican law (clause 14.1).
Is Winna licensed?
Yes. Winna holds a licence from the Tobique Gaming Commission, which regulates online gambling under the Tobique Gaming Act from the Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada. The commission's licence-holder list shows GG Gaming S.R.L. with a business-to-consumer licence expiring on 8 May 2027, and its validator returned the licence as valid for winna.com and www.winna.com when we checked on 30 September 2026. Winna's own pages do not publish a licence number.
Two caveats. Tobique is a light-touch regime: it is a real regulator with a complaints process and a self-exclusion register, but it offers none of the player-fund protections of a European regulator. And older Winna copy, including our previous review, described it as operating under the laws of Costa Rica; that is where the company is registered, not where it is licensed.
Disputes have a named route, which is rarer than it should be. Complaints go to support@winna.com first, and unresolved disputes "may be escalated to the EGIS resolution body" (clause 11.2).
Who is Winna best for?
Does Winna require KYC?
Yes, before you can withdraw. Winna's casino pages say "there is no mandatory KYC", but its AML/CTF policy says customer due diligence is completed "within 30 days of first deposit", "before first withdrawal" and "before wagering an equivalent of EUR 2,000", whichever comes first (section 8.2). The documents are a passport, driving licence or government ID, a proof of address dated within three months, and proof of your payment method (section 8.3).
The Payment Policy says verification is "typically completed within 72 hours" and can take longer for larger withdrawals, and a pending withdrawal can be cancelled if documents are not sent within 30 days (sections 5.2 and 5.3). Withdrawals of €2,000 or more may face enhanced checks (terms 8.5), and Winna can suspend withdrawals or block an account pending verification (terms 6.2).
Before you deposit: register with a name, address and date of birth that match your ID, deposit only from a wallet or card in your own name (terms 8.1), keep one account per household, IP address and device (terms 5.1), and have your documents ready before your first withdrawal.
Bonuses and the VIP program
Winna has no welcome bonus. Its Bonus Policy contains general rules only, with no welcome offer and no wagering multiple, and we found none in the Help Center or the promotions it describes. Rewards instead come through a six-tier VIP program based on the total amount you wager.
The figures we could not confirm matter as much as the ones we could. Rakeback is credited every seven minutes, but Winna publishes no rate, so the "up to 60% rakeback" figure that circulates on comparison sites, and appeared in our previous review, has no source on Winna's own pages. Lossback of up to 25% of net losses applies only from Platinum, is requested through support, is reviewed case by case and may carry wagering and an expiry.
Winna also runs a VIP Transfer for players coming from other casinos. Its Help Center sets the bar at "at least $1m wagered" at a competing casino plus a deposit of at least $100, and the boosted perks last 30 days. No dollar value is published for the perks; the "$10,000 status match" quoted elsewhere is not on Winna's pages.
The Bonus Policy gives Winna wide discretion: it can change or cancel any promotion without notice and withhold bonus winnings if it believes you used "strategies intended to secure guaranteed returns". Read the terms of any individual reward before you take it.
Deposits, withdrawals and what can delay a payout
Every deposit must be wagered at least once before you can withdraw it (terms 8.4; Payment Policy 4.1). The minimum withdrawal is $20 (terms 8.8), and withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with (Payment Policy 4.3). Winna advertises instant withdrawals, but its Help Center gives no timeframe and says processing can vary with network congestion and security checks.
That last row deserves attention. The terms let Winna withhold withdrawals and confiscate winnings where it "suspects fraud, misuse, violation of these Terms" (clause 5.3), decide on "the balance of probabilities" without disclosing its methods (clause 5.8), and keep deposits already wagered (clause 5.7). The prohibited list includes bonus abuse, arbitrage and opposite betting, and multi-accounting. Clauses like these are common, but they are drawn widely here, and withheld withdrawals over alleged bonus abuse are a recurring theme in Winna's public complaints.
Casino games and fairness
The lobby carries thousands of third-party titles from studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and Relax Gaming. Winna publishes no total game count, so we do not quote one.
The in-house Winna Originals, about 15 in all, are provably fair. Winna publishes the method, HMAC-SHA256 over a server seed, a client seed you control, a nonce and a cursor, along with code to reproduce any result, and Slide uses a pre-committed hash chain seeded from a Bitcoin block. There is no standalone verifier page, so checking a result means running the code yourself. Winna also publishes the maximum bet and win for each Original, from $200,000 on Dice and Limbo to $500,000 on CoinClimber.
Sportsbook
The sportsbook sits on the same account and balance and is governed by separate Sports Terms. Free bets for sports and e-sports are a VIP benefit from Gold upwards. We did not test the sportsbook's markets or odds.
Cryptocurrency and payments
Winna accepts 13 coins: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, USD Coin, Litecoin, Solana, XRP, TRON, BNB, Dogecoin, Toncoin, DAI and Shuffle's SHFL token. USDT runs on ERC-20, TRC-20, Solana and BEP-20, USDC on ERC-20, Solana and BEP-20, and DAI and SHFL on ERC-20. Network fees apply, and the terms allow a processing fee if you make several withdrawals within 24 hours. A Buy Crypto option through third-party partners accepts cards and other local methods from $5, and an in-site swap converts between coins.
Restricted countries
As of 9 October 2026, Winna's terms bar players from 35 countries and regions, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Israel, Russia and China, and from the Canadian province of Ontario and New Brunswick, where its regulator is based (clause 4.3). The shorter list in its AML policy is out of date against the terms; go by the terms.
Customer support
Support is by live chat and by email at support@winna.com, both around the clock, with a separate address for complaints, complaints@winna.com. Winna also has a Help Center with articles on payments, VIP rewards and its Originals. We did not run a timed chat test.
Responsible gambling
Self-exclusion is self-serve: from your profile you choose what to exclude yourself from, confirm by email, and a 24-hour cooldown starts that cannot be cancelled. Winna's Responsible Gaming page says a break, once started, "cannot be undone". A cool-off period is requested through support.
What is missing is any limit you can set yourself. There are no deposit or wager limits in the account settings, and the Responsible Gaming page describes no limit tools at all. The help organisations it links are Gamblers Anonymous and Gam-Anon, with UK phone numbers. The Tobique Gaming Commission also runs a self-exclusion program across the sites it licenses.
What the public record says
Trustpilot withholds Winna's rating "due to a breach of our guidelines" and says it has removed fake reviews. On 9 October 2026 the profile showed 679 reviews, 47% five-star and 44% one-star, with negative reviews mostly about delayed or blocked withdrawals, accounts set to withdrawal-only over alleged bonus abuse, and VIP transfer disputes.
Casino Guru lists 38 complaints, of which 11 were resolved and 27 rejected, with recurring themes of withdrawal delays, bonus disputes and accounts closed after self-exclusion requests; it rates Winna's terms as fair. AskGamblers lists four complaints, all marked resolved. We found no regulatory action against Winna.

We checked the Tobique Gaming Commission's licence-holder list and validator, and read Winna's Trustpilot, Casino Guru and AskGamblers profiles.

Final verdict
2.9 out of 5. Winna does the basics of transparency better than most crypto casinos: it names its operator, holds a licence tied to its domain and points to an independent dispute service. Its coin support is broad and its Originals are provably fair with published limits.
It is weaker on value and on control. There is no welcome bonus, the rakeback rate is not published, withdrawals stop at $10,000 a day, the terms give Winna wide room to withhold funds on suspicion, and there are no spending limits you can set yourself.
If you play here, complete verification before you need to withdraw, ask support for the rakeback rate at your tier, keep withdrawals under the daily cap or agree a higher limit with a VIP host first, and if you need limits, ask support to set a cool-off rather than relying on the account settings.
