Verdict. Roobet is a real, properly licensed operator with the fairest reward mechanic in this market and a transparency feature nobody else offers. Rakeback you claim is withdrawable money, not bonus funds you have to play through, and the live return-to-player page lets you watch what the games are actually paying. Its license checks out on the Curaçao register, its paying agent is disclosed with a company number, and it publishes the regulator's own certificate in its footer. What holds it back is the fine print underneath and the state of its public record. Every fiat deposit carries a 1% fee, the deposit has to be wagered before you can withdraw, most rakeback expires on a timer, one clause lets Roobet close any account at will and freeze the balance, and Trustpilot has withdrawn its rating after finding fake reviews. What is Roobet, and who runs it?
Roobet is a crypto casino and sportsbook. Clause 1 of its Terms of Service names the operator as Raw Entertainment B.V., a Curaçao company with registration number 157205, registered at Korporaalweg 10 in Curaçao, running www.roobet.com under license OGL/2024/687/0427.
The same clause names the payments company. Raw Entertainment Ltd, registration HE421735, at Voukourestiou 25, Neptune House, Limassol, Cyprus, acts as paying and operational agent for the Curaçao entity and processes all fiat transactions.
That disclosure is worth crediting. Many operators route payments through a second company and never tell you which one. Roobet names it, gives you a registration number you can look up, and says which side of the business it handles.
What Roobet does not disclose is who owns either company. We found no authoritative source naming beneficial owners, directors or founders. That is normal here and still worth knowing: you are trusting a corporate structure, not people whose record you can check.
Is Roobet legit? What the registers say
The license is real, current and verifiable in two places.
The Curaçao Gaming Authority publishes a registry of every license granted under the new online gaming policy. We read the snapshot last updated 27 August 2026. Row 552 records OGL/2024/687/0427 to Raw Entertainment B.V., company registration 157205, as a business-to-consumer license with no expiry date and a validity of Indefinite. It appears on no expired row.
Separately, the authority runs a certificate portal, and Roobet links to its own certificate from the footer of its site. That certificate states that Roobet.com is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V., company number 157205, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/687/0427, granted on 31/07/2024, with a current status of Active.
Two dates appear because two things happened. The certificate records the original grant in July 2024; the registry records 24 December 2025, the date Curaçao converted a block of provisional licenses to indefinite validity, which dozens of neighboring rows share. Both readings point the same way.
Entity, company number, license number and domain all match, and the domain on the certificate is the one our link sends you to. That is a cleaner chain than most sites in this category can show.
Understand what a Curaçao license is. The regime sets requirements on fair play and anti-money-laundering procedure, and there is a real regulator behind it: of the 661 entries on the register, 204 carry indefinite status and 311 are still under assessment, so Roobet's standing is not handed to everyone. What it does not provide is the complaint machinery of the UK Gambling Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority: no deposit-guarantee scheme, no ombudsman with binding powers.
Roobet does publish its license, and that is not a given. The certificate seal sits in the site footer, and the license number opens the terms, the bonus policy and the anti-money-laundering policy, all reachable without an account. Several operators we review hold a good license and show a new player none of it. Roobet does the opposite.
The second license nobody explains
There is a second permission behind this site, and Roobet's own documents do not mention it.
The Anjouan Gaming Authority publishes a public register of its 1,486 licensees. Searching it on the domain returns exactly one row: Ultima Spins Ltd, license ALSI-202507005, status Valid, business-to-consumer, issued 17 July 2025 and running to 16 July 2027, against the domain roobet.com.
Ultima Spins Ltd appears nowhere in Roobet's Terms of Service, bonus policy or anti-money-laundering policy. Every one of those documents names Raw Entertainment B.V. and the Curaçao license only.
We are not going to guess at the reason. Dual licensing is common and often mundane: a second license can cover different markets, a different product, or a transition. The problem is that a player cannot tell which company they are contracting with, and therefore whose license conditions protect them if something goes wrong. That is a disclosure failure rather than evidence of wrongdoing.
On the evidence of the enforcement records, it is not wrongdoing. Anjouan publishes both a suspended-license register and a revoked-license register. On the day we checked, zero licenses were suspended and two had been revoked across 1,486 licensees, one for fraud and one for illegal sublicensing. Neither Raw Entertainment B.V. nor Ultima Spins Ltd appears on either. Roobet appears on no blacklist. A thinly populated enforcement register is weak evidence of good conduct, but it is not evidence of bad conduct either.
Reputation, stated plainly
This is where Roobet loses most of its points, and the central fact is not a low score.
Trustpilot has removed Roobet's rating. The profile carries a red warning badge and the notice that the company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines, alongside a panel stating that a number of fake reviews have been removed for this company. There is no score to quote, because Trustpilot has withdrawn it.
The 2,277 reviews that remain split 68% five star against 26% one star, with almost nothing in between. That barbell shape is what review manipulation tends to produce. Volume has also collapsed: only 345 of those reviews were written in the last twelve months, against a total accumulated over years.
Read that carefully, because it is easy to over-read. Trustpilot's finding is about reviews, not payouts. It means praise about Roobet is worth less than the same volume of praise about an operator whose profile is intact. It does not mean Roobet refuses to pay, and nothing on either regulator's records suggests it does. Roobet does reply to critical reviews, which is more than several operators we rate manage.
Two older items belong on the record. Twitch banned Roobet in October 2022, alongside Stake, Rollbit and Duelbits, under its prohibition on streaming unlicensed gambling sites, and its Snoop Dogg partnership of March 2023 drew a complaint from India's advertising standards body, which referred the platform to the Indian government. Its current marketing is more conventional: a Roobet and Chelsea FC partnership is live on the promotions page.
Taken together: there is no evidence Roobet systematically refuses to pay, and a good deal of evidence that it manages its public image aggressively. Those are different problems, and only the second one is proven.
RooWards: the reward model, and the three catches
Roobet does not build its offer around a deposit match. Its core proposition is RooWards, a rakeback program, and the central mechanic is genuinely better for players than most of what this market sells.
Rakeback accrues on four cycles. Instant is claimable every 30 minutes. Daily resets at 00:00 UTC. Weekly resets Saturday at 00:00 UTC. Monthly resets on the first of the month. A level system runs to a maximum of level 30, and the reward on every stream except Instant rises with your level.
The part that is genuinely good: claimed reward funds carry no wagering requirement. Rakeback is credited as withdrawable balance, not as bonus money you have to play through. That is the structure our methodology scores highest, because the advertised value and the real value are the same number.
Except that they are not quite, and here are the three catches, all of them in Roobet's published bonus policy.
First, most of it expires. Only the Instant stream never expires. Daily, Weekly and Monthly rakeback is forfeit if you do not claim it before the next cycle's reset. On top of that, each claim adds funds to a Vault that holds them for up to 14 days, releases a portion every eight hours from 00:00 UTC, up to three releases a day, and expires each release 24 hours after it becomes available. A player who logs in twice a week collects a fraction of what a player who logs in three times a day collects. That is a design that rewards frequency, and frequency is the thing responsible-gambling policy exists to moderate.
Second, taking a deposit bonus switches rakeback off. The policy states that while you have a wagering requirement from a deposit bonus, you will not receive any form of rakeback. So the two headline offers are mutually exclusive, and the fair one is the one that stops.
Third, the rate is discretionary and unpublished. The policy says the amount takes into account activity, deposit and withdrawal regularity, win and loss streaks and chosen games, among other factors. There is no published percentage anywhere. Roobet also reserves the right to change, suspend or remove any rakeback at any time at its sole discretion.
A few more numbers worth knowing. All bonuses and promotions must be claimed within 30 days or they are forfeit. Free spins, bonus-buy awards and sportsbook bonus bets all expire after seven days. Bonus and promotion funds land on the cryptocurrency side of your balance and cannot be moved to the fiat side. The VIP Club is invitation-only and entirely discretionary, with no published ladder or qualifying threshold. The referral program pays up to a tenth of the house edge on referred players across ten levels, with a 365-day claim window, and a referral breach means a permanently closed account and the loss of all remaining funds.
Nothing here is hidden. It is all in a policy Roobet publishes and anyone can read. But an offer described as carrying no wagering requirement and an offer that quietly expires three times a day are not the same offer, and the difference matters most to exactly the casual player the headline is aimed at.
Deposits, withdrawals and fees
There is a deposit fee, and it is not on the marketing. Clause 9.7 charges 1% on every successful fiat deposit, deducted automatically from the amount deposited. Crypto deposits carry no operator fee.
You must wager your deposit before you can withdraw. Clause 10.1 states it plainly, and clause 10.5 lists compliance with the minimum wager requirement for each deposit among the conditions Roobet may refuse a withdrawal until you meet. One times deposit is at the reasonable end of this market as an anti-money-laundering measure, but it is a real constraint and it is not mentioned anywhere near the cashier.
On crypto, the fee position is genuinely good. Roobet charges no withdrawal fee of its own on crypto and publishes no cap. On fiat, clause 10.8 imposes a 2% fee once you reach ten withdrawals in any rolling 30-day period, and it applies from the tenth withdrawal, not after it.
The terms commit to no processing time at all. Section 10 sets out verification conditions, fee treatment, and Roobet's right to refuse, but nowhere states how long a withdrawal takes. Minimum and maximum amounts are set at Roobet's discretion and published on the site rather than fixed in the terms, so they can change without notice. Any claim you read about instant Roobet withdrawals is marketing rather than a commitment the operator has made.
Two clauses to read before you deposit. Clause 10.4 lets Roobet delay or decline deposits, withdrawals and gameplay while it investigates an account, and states that it may not be in a position to explain the nature of that investigation. Clause 6.4 is blunter: Roobet reserves the right to close your account at any time at its sole discretion and freeze all remaining funds on it.
Clauses of that shape are common here and usually aimed at fraud. They are also what decides the outcome if a dispute goes badly, and Roobet's version is unqualified: no notice requirement, no stated grounds, no appeal. It is the hardest term on this site.
One term runs the other way and deserves credit. An inactive account is one not logged into for six months, and Roobet may close inactive accounts only where the balance is zero. Your money is not forfeited for not showing up.
Who is allowed to play
Clause 3.5 names 25 restricted territories, and residents of them may not access the site or open an account: Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Saba, Saint Maarten, Saint Martin, South Sudan, Statia, Syria, the United States, the United Kingdom, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
Curaçao appears on its own list because operators licensed there generally cannot serve the domestic market.
That list is shorter and different from what is widely reported about this site. Germany, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Portugal, Belgium, France and Ontario are not on it. If you have read elsewhere that Roobet bars those markets, that is not what the terms say.
Two caveats. Restricted lists change, and Roobet can amend its terms with the change published on the site, so check clause 3.5 yourself rather than relying on any review. And individual game studios impose their own country blocks on top of Roobet's, so a country not on this list may still find parts of the catalog unavailable, the United States, United Kingdom and Australia most of all.
The restriction applies to residents and to anyone physically located in a restricted territory. We do not tell readers how to get around geo-blocks. Clause 8.11 makes not accessing the site from a restricted territory a warranty you give Roobet, and breaching a warranty is exactly the ground clause 6.4 needs.
Games, fairness and the live RTP page
Roobet's own current figure is more than 7,300 casino games. Without an account we could confirm a lobby led by tier-one studios: Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Evolution, Degen Studios and Bullshark Games, with exclusive live tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play carrying published table minimums from $1 to $100.
Roobet Originals are the in-house, provably fair titles, and they are visible and playable from the public lobby: Wheel, Crash, Blackjack, Limbo, Dice, Mission Uncrossable and Keno among them. Their outcomes can be checked against cryptographic seeds rather than taken on trust.
The live return-to-player page is the standout, and it is real. Roobet publishes observed returns per game across three windows, the last 24 hours, the last hour and the last ten minutes, split into games running hot and games running cold. It is public, it needs no account, and almost no operator in this market publishes anything like it.
One honest caveat that the page itself invites. These are observed returns over a short window, not theoretical return-to-player figures. When we looked, the hot list ran to 171.78% and the cold list down to 51.51%. No game returns 171%. What the page shows you is variance, and it is genuinely useful for that, as long as you do not read a 24-hour number as an expected return.
Roobet publishes no third-party laboratory certification for its Originals. Games from outside studios carry those studios' own certifications. The provably fair mechanism is the fairness story here, and it is a good one, but it is not the same thing as a certificate from a named testing laboratory, which is what our published vetting standard asks for.
Sportsbook
Roobet runs a sportsbook alongside the casino, sharing the same account and balance, and its bonus policy documents the sportsbook offers in detail: free cash bets, free bets, risk-free bets, odds boosters, combination offers, and a live Premier League tie-up. Minimum odds on bonus bets are 1.7 and bonus bets must be used within seven days.
One clause matters more than the promotions. While you have an open wagering requirement from a deposit bonus, you may not place any sportsbook bets at all.
Market depth and pricing are not assessable from public pages without an account, so we will not characterize the book beyond confirming it exists and is properly documented.
Mobile
Roobet runs in the mobile browser as a web app. We found no native Roobet application on either the Apple App Store or Google Play, which is consistent with both stores' policies on Curaçao-licensed operators.
Treat that as a warning as much as a limitation. Anything presenting itself as an official Roobet app did not come from Roobet. Reach the site by typing the address yourself.
Support and complaints
Roobet offers 24/7 live chat, a help center, and two published email addresses: general support and a separate address for complaints.
Live chat requires two-factor authentication to be enabled on your account. That is a security decision rather than an obstacle, and it is a good one: an attacker holding your password alone cannot open a support conversation in your name. It does mean you cannot get help until you have set two-factor authentication up, so do that when you register rather than when you have a problem.
The escalation path is written down, which is more than most operators manage. Clause 21.2 requires you to contact support first; if the dispute is unresolved after 30 days, or you disagree with the outcome, you agree to begin arbitration under Curaçao law before starting any lawsuit.
Being told where a complaint goes is better than being told nothing. But arbitration in Curaçao is not the free, independent adjudicator that a Malta or UK license provides, and for most players the practical cost of using it exceeds the size of the dispute. No independent adjudicator is named anywhere.
We have not run our own live-chat test, so our support score is a desk assessment and is marked provisional.
Responsible gambling
Roobet publishes a Responsible Gaming Policy and a help-centre article on gambling limits. Between them they cover three self-serve tools.
Self-exclusion is self-serve and properly built. It sits under a Responsible Gambling tab in your account and runs in two steps: a mandatory 24-hour cooldown, chosen for the casino, the sportsbook or the whole platform, which then unlocks the self-exclusion dialogue. You can exclude yourself from one section or the entire site, for a period up to five years, or permanently, and the policy states plainly that the exclusion will not be undone. A two-step design with a cooling-off period before the decision is exactly right, and several better-known sites do worse.
Limits are self-serve too. Roobet's help article on gambling limits, dated 23 July 2026, documents deposit, wager and loss limits, set daily, weekly or monthly, with up to three active at once. A limit stays in force until its current period ends, so it cannot be lifted on impulse. The setting sits behind a login we did not create, so we cite the article rather than our own test. The limits are documented in the help centre rather than in the Responsible Gaming Policy, which is why our first read missed them. No session-time limit or reality check is published.
One detail to know before you use it: permanent self-exclusion forfeits any unclaimed Vault balance and any bonus or promotion you were in. Claim what you are owed first.
Roobet signposts external help and requires players to be 18 or over, or older where local law demands it. If gambling has stopped being entertainment, use the self-exclusion tools and seek support. Free, confidential help is available through GamblingTherapy.org and through BeGambleAware.org.
What Roobet checks, and when
There is no identity check to open an account. Roobet's anti-money-laundering policy describes due diligence at registration and on an ongoing basis: identity checks, screening against politically-exposed-person and sanctions lists, and source-of-funds checks where appropriate. Clause 4.9 of the terms lets Roobet request documents at any time and restrict deposits and withdrawals until you provide them, and clause 10.5 makes full verification a condition of any withdrawal.
No thresholds are published. The policy does not say at what amount verification triggers, and the terms leave it to Roobet's discretion. In practice this is the standard crypto-casino pattern: you can play immediately and you will be asked for documents when you try to take money out. Make sure the details on your account match documents you can actually produce, because that is when it will matter.
Two things here beat the market norm: Roobet names an appointed anti-money-laundering reporting officer with annual staff training, and documents that suspicious activity is reported to Curaçao's Financial Intelligence Unit. Most operators at this license tier publish neither.
Where our link takes you
Our link resolves through Roobet's affiliate tracker and lands on roobet.com, which is the domain named on the Curaçao certificate and in clause 1 of the terms. There is no domain mismatch here, and no mirror or clone in the chain.
We tested it from Asia and the site served its Japanese-language version of roobet.com normally. Japan is not among the 25 restricted territories, and Roobet localized rather than blocked. If you are in one of the territories clause 3.5 does name, expect the opposite.

How we reviewed Roobet
This is a desk-based review. Here is exactly what we did.
We read Roobet's Terms of Service, Bonus and Promotion Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and KYC-AML-CFT Policy in full, and every clause number above is quoted from those documents rather than from anyone's summary of them. We verified the operating entity, company number and license number against the Curaçao Gaming Authority's public registry, snapshot last updated 27 August 2026, and separately against the authority's certificate portal. We searched the Anjouan Gaming Authority's register by domain, which is how the second license surfaced, and checked both of that authority's enforcement registers for either company. We read Roobet's Trustpilot profile ourselves. We opened the public casino lobby, the promotions page and the live return-to-player page without an account, and followed our own affiliate link to confirm where it lands.
We did not open an account, deposit, play or withdraw. Nothing here is a hands-on payout test, our experience and support scores are marked provisional, and the in-account cashier and responsible-gambling controls sit behind a login we did not create; the coin list was confirmed in September 2026. Where that limits what we can tell you, we have said so rather than filling the gap with someone else's claim.

3.6 out of 5. Roobet gets the hard parts right. The license verifies twice over, the paying agent is named, the regulator's own certificate is published in the site footer, the policies are complete and readable, an anti-money-laundering officer is appointed, and the live return-to-player page is the most useful transparency feature any operator in this category offers. Rakeback with no wagering requirement is a fairer reward mechanic than a deposit match, and on crypto Roobet charges nothing to take your money out.
The reasons it does not score higher are specific and all documented. A 1% fee on every fiat deposit. A deposit-turnover rule before any withdrawal. Rakeback that quietly expires unless you claim it several times a day. A clause that lets Roobet close any account at its sole discretion and freeze the balance. No independent adjudicator. And a Trustpilot rating removed after fake reviews were found on the profile, which does not mean Roobet will not pay you, but does mean the praise you read about it is worth less than its volume suggests.
