Parimatch is a long-established sportsbook brand founded in 1994. The international product reviewed here is operated by Galazia B.V. under a Curaçao Gaming Authority license we verified on the regulator’s register. It is primarily a fiat bookmaker, with around 33 sports, roughly 6,200 slots, well-rated mobile apps and crypto payments available alongside conventional methods.
It is best suited to sports bettors who want an established brand, broad betting coverage and a polished mobile experience. Crypto users get a weaker deal: crypto deposits are excluded from the welcome bonuses, and the company’s Trustpilot rating has been removed after fake reviews were identified. Of the 3,406 reviews still visible, 87% are one star, with recurring complaints around deposits, withdrawals and refunds.
Parimatch is a paid partner and we earn a commission when you sign up through our links. Payment buys a listing. It does not buy the ranking, the rating or the verdict, and it has not softened anything in this review. Our criteria are set out on our How We Rate Casinos page.
18+ only. Operators may pay listing fees or share revenue to be included in our directory, and links on this page may earn us a commission. Payment never determines rankings or scores: positions are set editorially under our published rating methodology. Check local laws.

Parimatch’s strongest case is its sportsbook. It has decades of brand history, covers around 33 sports, has well-rated mobile apps, and its current Curaçao license checks out against both the regulator’s license and enforcement records. Crypto withdrawals are also advertised as taking up to 12 hours with no stated operator fee.
The problem is the player record. Trustpilot has removed Parimatch’s rating after identifying fake reviews, and 87% of the 3,406 remaining reviews are one star. Crypto players also miss out on the welcome bonuses entirely, while there is no independent adjudicator if a dispute cannot be resolved through support.
Parimatch makes the most sense for someone who primarily wants the sportsbook and is comfortable keeping their balance modest. It is a much weaker choice if you are depositing specifically with crypto, chasing the welcome bonus, or want a cleaner public record around payments and withdrawals.

Parimatch is a sportsbook brand founded in Ukraine in 1994. There are several Parimatch operations and they are not the same company.
This review covers the international Parimatch product, operated by Galazia B.V., a Curaçao company. One thing to know before you click: parimatch.com no longer serves that product directly. As of 12 August 2026 it redirects to a regional domain, and which domain you land on depends on where you are.
It is not parimatch.co.uk. The United Kingdom operation ran under a different company, BV Gaming Limited, on a UK Gambling Commission license. That is a legally separate business with separate terms, separate protections and a separate reputation. The United Kingdom is in fact a restricted country on the product reviewed here, so a UK reader cannot use this site at all.
If you find a Parimatch review quoting UK Gambling Commission protections, it is not describing this product.
Parimatch is a mature, fiat-first bookmaker rather than a crypto-native casino. The sportsbook is the real product: roughly 33 sports with pre-match and in-play markets and live streaming. The casino carries around 6,200 slots plus live dealer tables, while Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum and USDT are supported alongside conventional payments.
Scored on our eight weighted criteria from documented evidence, as set out on our How We Rate Casinos page. The overall rating is the same number that sets Parimatch's position on our ranking pages.
| Rating | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Trust & Safety | 2.7 | License verified on the regulator's registry with no enforcement entries; docked for an opaque corporate chain, a brand-level sanctions history, and a Trustpilot profile whose rating Trustpilot removed for a guidelines breach |
| Experience | 3.2 | Mature platform, well-rated iOS and Android apps, many languages; geo-mirrored domains are a wart |
| Selection | 3.3 | Around 6,200 slots and a genuinely strong sportsbook, but no provably fair games and crypto is a secondary rail |
| Fees & Value | 2.2 | Fast crypto payouts on paper, undercut by a documented withheld-withdrawal pattern and a 70% deposit turnover rule |
| Support | 2.5 | 24/7 chat, email and phone, but a consistent pattern of scripted replies that do not resolve the issue |
Parimatch's international terms name Galazia B.V., registered in the Commercial Register of Curaçao under number 162941, at Schout Bij Nacht Doormanweg 40, Willemstad, holding license OGL/2024/402/0624.
We verified this against the Curaçao Gaming Authority's own published online gaming license registry, dated 6 August 2026, and found the entry at row 449: OGL/2024/402/0624, Galazia B.V., business-to-consumer, company registration 162941, indefinite duration. We also checked the CGA's separate enforcement register, dated 10 July 2026, and found no entry for Galazia or Parimatch.
License number, entity name and company registration all match between the operator's terms and the regulator's documents, with a clean enforcement record. That is a real verification.
One caveat on how we got there: parimatch.com's own terms page is built so that its text cannot be read by automated tools, so we confirmed the entity clause through regional versions of the same terms and through the register, rather than from the .com page directly.
Searching Parimatch will surface Ukrainian sanctions, and the honest answer requires a distinction rather than a yes or no.
In March 2023, Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council imposed sanctions, under Decree 145/2023, on a large number of gambling companies, including Parimatch LLC (Ukraine), Parimatch United Investments Limited (Cyprus) and the Parimatch Foundation, on allegations of ties to Russia. Parimatch suspended its Ukrainian operations immediately and disputed the basis of the listing; Ukraine's own Gambling Council publicly called the listing a mistake.
Galazia B.V., the operator of the product reviewed here, was not sanctioned. It does not appear in sanctions databases, and it has no enforcement entry with its regulator.
But the separation is at the level of legal entity, not brand. The international Parimatch brand was consolidated under a single owner in 2024, and Galazia is the Curaçao vehicle running that same brand. The corporate chain between Galazia B.V. and the wider Parimatch group is not publicly documented, so we cannot tell you who ultimately owns the company you would be depositing with. That is an ownership-transparency gap, and we have scored it as one.
Reputation is the weakest part of this operator's record, and the clearest evidence for that is public. We checked Trustpilot's profile for parimatch.com on 12 August 2026.
Trustpilot has removed the company's rating outright. The profile carries the notice "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines", alongside a second notice reading "We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company." There is no score left to quote, and that absence is itself the finding.
What remains is 3,406 reviews, 1,521 of them posted in the last twelve months, split 87% one star against 6% five star. That is the most negative distribution of any operator we rate. Trustpilot's own top-mention tags on the profile are Payment, Fraud, Refund and Customer service, and the recurring themes in the reviews themselves are deposits debited but not credited, withdrawals that do not arrive, and copy-paste support replies.
Two things cut the other way and belong in the same paragraph. Trustpilot lists the company's location as India, which is the brand's largest market and where the great majority of these complaints originate, so this is a concentrated pattern rather than a uniform global one. And the operator does reply: many of the recent negative reviews carry a company response. Replying is not resolving, but it is not silence either.
Note also, if you go looking: a separate UK-facing Parimatch profile exists and is rated independently. It belongs to a different company and does not describe this product.
Parimatch holds a real, current license with a clean enforcement record, and it is a substantial company rather than a fly-by-night operation. The problems are the volume and persistence of unresolved player complaints, an ignored self-exclusion, a manipulated review footprint, and an ownership chain you cannot follow.
You cannot withdraw until 70% of your deposit amount has been wagered. That is less demanding than the 100% rule two of our higher-rated competitors apply, and it is applied as an anti-money-laundering measure.
The standard withdrawal cap is around 30,000 USD per week, rising for VIP players. We have not been able to confirm that figure against the operator's own published terms, so treat it as indicative until you check the cashier.
Crypto withdrawals are stated at up to 12 hours, with no fees on crypto. Fiat rails vary by region and carry their own per-method caps.
Standard document verification applies, and payment methods must be in your own name or withdrawals will be delayed or rejected. That is normal and reasonable.
On paper this is a decent payout policy: a lighter turnover rule than most, a high weekly cap, fast crypto, no crypto fees. In the public review record, withheld and delayed withdrawals are the dominant theme on Trustpilot. Both of these things are true, and the second is the one that has affected real players.
The international welcome offer is a 150% casino bonus up to 1,500 USD at 20x wagering, or a 100% sports bonus up to 500 USD at 20x, on a minimum 20 USD deposit. Regional variants differ; the India-facing casino offer runs at 30x within 30 days, for example.
Twenty times is mid-range and it is disclosed clearly, which is more than several competitors manage.
But if you fund with crypto, none of it applies. Crypto deposits are not eligible for Parimatch's welcome bonuses. For a reader arriving from a crypto site, that single fact removes most of the reason to take the offer, and it is not something the promotional copy leads with.
Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is complete cancels the bonus and the winnings associated with it, not merely the remaining bonus balance. Player reports describe bonus-related fund seizures being applied broadly. If you take a Parimatch bonus, understand that touching your balance before you finish clears the winnings too.
Our own listing copy previously advertised a "1000% Welcome Bonus" for Parimatch. That figure does not match anything we could find in the operator's published terms, and we have removed it.
The casino carries around 6,200 slots plus live dealer and instant games, from a provider roster including Microgaming, NetEnt and Pragmatic Play. There are no provably fair games, which is a real gap against crypto-native competitors where you can verify outcomes yourself.
The sportsbook is the brand's core and its best feature: roughly 33 sports, tens of thousands of monthly events, live betting with streaming, and major sponsorship visibility. If you are here to bet on sport rather than to spin slots, this is a capable book.
You will see GLI-19 and GLI-33 certification cited for Parimatch, including in our own previous listing copy. Those certificates are real, but they were obtained in 2022 by Parimatch Tech, the platform supplier since rebranded GR8 Tech, for its business-to-business platform. They certify the technology supplier, not Galazia B.V., and they are not a license or an operator audit. Presenting a supplier's platform certificate as an operator credential overstates it, and we are not going to do that.
Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum and USDT are confirmed on the live product. Our own listing previously included USDC, which we could not verify from any source, so we have not repeated it here.
Be clear about what this is: a fiat-first bookmaker with crypto bolted on, region by region. Crypto deposits work, they are fast, and they carry no fees, but crypto is excluded from the bonuses, coverage varies by market, and there is no crypto-native design of the kind you get from operators built for it. If cryptocurrency is your reason for choosing a site, better options exist.
Parimatch's iOS and Android apps are well rated, at roughly 4.8 and 4.5 respectively, and the platform is mature and available in many languages.
One practical wart: the product is served through geo-mirrored domains, so the address you land on differs by country and can change. We confirmed this on 12 August 2026: parimatch.com redirects to a regional domain, and that destination returned a regional availability block from our own location rather than the site. That complicates bookmarking and app updates, and it makes it harder to be certain you are on an official property. Reach the site through a link you trust rather than a search result, and note that an operator blocking your region is telling you something about whether you are meant to be there.
Restricted countries on this product include the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Iran and Iraq.
The United Kingdom exclusion is worth repeating because of the brand confusion: the existence of a UK-facing Parimatch site does not mean UK players can use this one.
We do not tell readers how to get around geo-blocks, and you should not risk it.
Support runs 24/7 through live chat on all sites, with email and regional telephone lines, which is a broader channel set than most crypto casinos offer.
The consistent criticism on Trustpilot is scripted replies that do not resolve the issue. Customer service is one of the platform's own top-mention tags for this profile, so the criticism is more than isolated sentiment. We have not run our own live-chat test, so our support score is a desk assessment and is marked provisional.

We are not able to give this section the reassurance we would like to.
Parimatch operates in many regulated markets and offers conventional account controls, including deposit limits and self-exclusion. We have not been able to test whether those controls work as described, and we are not in a position to vouch for them. Player-protection tooling is only as good as its enforcement, and enforcement is the part desk research cannot see.
What we can say is that the public review record for this product is dominated by unresolved money disputes rather than resolved ones. An operator whose payment complaints go unanswered is not one we would rely on to honor a self-exclusion request either. Treat the tools as a starting point, not a safety net.
If you need to stop gambling, do not rely on this or any operator as your only safeguard. Free, confidential help and independent self-exclusion advice are available through GamblingTherapy.org and through BeGambleAware.org. Gambling is for adults aged 18 or over, or the legal age where you live if it is higher.
This section now makes much more sense after the product experience, because the reader knows what the trade-offs actually are.
| If you are | Parimatch is |
|---|---|
| A sports bettor who wants depth and live streaming | A reasonable fit. The sportsbook is the brand’s genuine strength |
| Someone who wants a polished mobile app | A good fit. Both apps are well rated |
| Funding with cryptocurrency | A poor fit. Crypto deposits are excluded from the welcome bonus |
| Chasing the headline bonus | A poor fit unless you deposit fiat, and the confiscation clause is aggressive |
| Someone who wants account controls they can rely on | A poor fit. We could not test the player-protection tools, and the operator’s record on resolving money disputes does not invite confidence |
| Planning to hold or win a large balance | A poor fit. Withheld and delayed payouts are the dominant complaint theme on its Trustpilot profile |
| In the US, UK, Australia, France, the Netherlands, Spain or Austria | Not available. You are restricted |
If Parimatch does not fit, these are also covered in our directory.
| Alternative | Why consider it |
|---|---|
| Cloudbet | Far stronger record. No turnover rule, no cap once verified, crypto-native, and the only operator in our set naming a binding independent dispute service |
| Sportsbet.io | The closest sports-led alternative, with real apps and a much higher payout ceiling, though its brand is up for sale |
| Stake | Casino and sportsbook on one balance, no stated withdrawal ceiling, and a far cleaner complaint record |
| Roobet | Casino-led, with cashback paid as withdrawable cash rather than a bonus you must clear |
This is a desk-based review, and identifying the right company was most of the work.
We followed our own affiliate link through its full redirect chain to establish which Parimatch product it actually reaches, and confirmed it is the international platform rather than any nationally licensed Parimatch operation. We then verified the operating entity, company registration and license number against the Curaçao Gaming Authority's published license registry, and checked its separate enforcement register, both official PDFs. We could not read the live product's own terms: parimatch.com redirects to a regional domain that returns an availability block from our location, so we sourced the entity clause and key terms from regional versions of the same terms and say so rather than implying a direct read.
We checked the Ukrainian sanctions listings against sanctions databases to establish which entities were named and whether the current operator is among them. On 14 August 2026 we re-verified the license entry at row 449 of the regulator's register dated 6 August 2026; Trustpilot's figures were captured first-hand on 12 August 2026.
We did not deposit, play or withdraw, so nothing here is a hands-on payout test, and our experience and support scores are provisional. Real-money testing comes in a later pass, and we will date and republish this page when it does.
Parimatch is a paid partner and Bitcoin.com earns a commission when you sign up through our links. Payment buys a listing in our directory. It does not buy the ranking, the rating or the verdict, and no operator sees this page before it publishes. Our full criteria and commercial arrangements are set out on our How We Rate Casinos page.
Last checked: 14 August 2026.
Parimatch has the strongest sportsbook of any operator at the lower end of our ratings, a brand with three decades of history, well-built apps and a license that stands up to being checked against the regulator's own registry and enforcement records. None of that is in doubt, and it is why this scores 2.8 rather than lower.
What holds it there is the player record. Trustpilot has removed this company's rating after finding fake reviews, and of the 3,406 reviews left standing, 87% are one star, with Payment, Fraud and Refund among the platform's own top tags for the profile. The themes are deposits that did not arrive and withdrawals that did not leave. The ownership chain behind the operating company is not publicly documented. And the welcome bonus that fronts the marketing is unavailable to anyone depositing in cryptocurrency, which is to say, to most people reading this.
If you want to bet on sport with Parimatch, it is a real bookmaker and it will take your bet. Use fiat if you want the bonus, keep the balance small, withdraw promptly, and do not count on a swift resolution if something goes wrong.
