The authority's certificate service certifies that jack20.com, the domain our link lands on, is operated by that company under that license, that it was granted on 23 July 2025, and that its current status is Active. The authority's published license registry, in its 27 August 2026 edition, records the same license as issued 23 January 2026, expiring 23 July 2026, with a status of "Assessment in progress". Jack.com's own footer states a third date, 15 May 2026. So the company and the license are real and the entity matches exactly, but the register does not corroborate a current term. Jack.com advertises Curaçao Gaming Authority license OGL/2024/1562/1139, held by Data Link Digital B.V. The license exists. What it says depends on which of the regulator's own systems you ask, and that is the awkward part.
Two regulator systems, two different answers
The Curaçao Gaming Authority publishes an Online Gaming License Registry as a PDF. On the newest edition, last updated 27 August 2026, row 136 records the license as issued 23 January 2026, expiring 23 July 2026, status "Assessment in progress". The expiry date has passed. The company number, 164124, matches the operator named in Jack's terms exactly, and the license appears on neither the revoked list nor the expired list.
The same authority also runs a certificate service at its own `cert.cga.cw` address, which is what the seal in Jack's footer links to. That certificate, read the same day, states that jack20.com is operated by Data Link Digital B.V. under license OGL/2024/1562/1139, that the license was granted on 23 July 2025, and that its current status is Active.
So the regulator's live certificate says Active, and the regulator's published register says the term ran out five weeks ago. The operator adds a third date of its own: its footer and Company Details page both state the license was "issued on 15/May/2026". Three sources, three dates, and two of the three are the regulator.
What we can and cannot tell you. We can tell you the company is real, that it is the company named on the license, and that the authority's own certificate service currently vouches for the exact domain our link sends you to. We cannot tell you that the register corroborates it, because it does not. Anyone who checks only the register will conclude the license has lapsed, and they will not be wrong to.
One piece of context matters here, because it is easy to read this as a Jack-specific failure and it is not. The register holds 660 licenses. 312 carry the same "Assessment in progress" status, and 287 of those, 92%, already have a passed expiry date. That is 43% of the entire register. Curaçao has been migrating licensees onto a new policy since 2023 and the interim window lapsing is the norm rather than the exception.

It confirms that a real company answers to a real regulator. It does not come with a deposit-guarantee scheme, and it does not come with an ombudsman that can force a payout. That matters more than usual here because Jack.com names no independent dispute service at all, which we come back to below.
Who takes your money
Data Link Digital B.V. is registered in Curaçao, company number 164124, at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N. A separate Cyprus company, DATALINK TECH LIMITED (HE 494415, Limassol), is disclosed in the terms as the payment agent of the license holder. This is a common structure and not a red flag on its own, but the company processing your payment is not the company holding the license. No ultimate beneficial owners are named anywhere on the site.
For the record, we also checked the Curaçao enforcement register and the authority's public warnings about unauthorized domains. Neither names Data Link Digital B.V., Jack.com or JackBit.
The domain you actually land on
Our link resolves through the operator's affiliate tracker to `jack.com`, which redirects to `jack20.com`. That is the domain the certificate covers, so the license and the landing page line up, which is more than several sites in this market manage.
The estate around it is messier. Jack runs a set of numbered mirror domains, and its own published mirror list names Jack.com, Jack.fun, Jack10.com, Jack23.com, Jack25.com, Jack2.com and Jack55.com. jack20.com is not on that list, despite being where the site currently serves from and the only domain we can find a certificate for. One listed mirror returned a legal-block response from our location and another sat behind a bot challenge we did not attempt to get past. The mirror page itself is still titled for JackBit and still describes the mirrors as copies of jackbit.com.

If you are researching this brand, the single most useful thing to know is that Jack.com is the rebranded continuation of JackBit, run by the same operator. jackbit.com still redirects into the Jack estate today.
That matters because of what the rebrand did to the public record. The Jack.com review profile was claimed in March 2026 and holds 31 reviews. The JackBit profile holds 323, and Trustpilot has removed its rating entirely, stating that it removed fake reviews for the company. A reader searching "Jack.com reviews" today sees the small, young profile. The larger and less flattering record sits under the old name, and the reason its rating is gone is not a technicality.
The Curaçao register also lists an unrelated company, Jack's House B.V., whose license was revoked in December 2025 at the operator's own request. Different company, easy to confuse, worth one line only.

The ceiling nobody mentions
Buried in the same clause is a Maximum Win Limit of $150,000. It applies to "any single bet or spin, including any single bonus round or free spin", excluding progressive jackpots, and separately to any single sportsbook ticket. The terms are explicit about what happens if you go over: the company "shall have the right to cut the amount above the Maximum Win Limit from Your Account and pay to You only the Maximum Win Limit". Winnings above the cap may even appear in your balance first.
This is the hardest single term on the site, it is not disclosed anywhere near an offer, and the clause is drafted carelessly enough that the sportsbook version writes the figure as "150 000 (fifty thousand) USD". Progressive jackpot wins are stated to be paid in full.

The terms commit to no withdrawal processing time at all. Section 11 sets limits, verification thresholds and fee treatment, and says nothing about how long a payout takes. Any "instant withdrawal" language you see about this site is marketing rather than a commitment the operator has made. One recent reviewer reports a deposit still uncredited after ten days.

Rakeback and the VIP Club
Rakeback is the item the brand is best known for and it is a real one. Every player is enrolled automatically from their first bet with no sign-up. Points accrue on wagers at 100 points to the dollar, the minimum claim is 10 points, credit is instant, and there is no cap on how much you earn. Tiers run from Rookie to Legend, with a level-up bonus from Bronze, VIP email support from Platinum and a dedicated manager from Diamond. There is a weekly bonus every Saturday and a monthly bonus on the first of each month, both scaled to VIP level.
Three qualifications, all from the same page. The earn rates are no longer published: the page now says only that rates rise with your VIP level, so you cannot work out what a wager is worth before you place it. The maximum winnings from a rakeback cash bonus are capped at ten times the bonus amount, which sits oddly next to the "no strings attached" framing directly above it. And a long list of studios and game types is excluded from earning at all, along with any stake at odds under 1.3.
The eligibility rule for the weekly and monthly bonuses is not published either, which is exactly what several recent complaints are about.

Two corrections come out of the count. The operator's own "150+ providers" figure is not supported: we find 101 distinct providers across the whole catalog and 88 on slots. And its current marketing understates the library rather than overstating it, at "9000+ slot games" against 9,528.
On fairness there is still nothing to check. Jack.com states that it has "tested and certified various RNG's by a reputable license laboratory" and describes a commitment scheme for provable fairness. It does not name the laboratory, publish a certificate number, or expose a verification tool anywhere on the site. Games from third-party studios carry those studios' own certifications, but for the in-house Originals you have only the operator's word. Our published vetting standard asks for provably-fair tooling or a certified audit from a named laboratory, and Jack.com offers neither.

More than 50 sports with pre-match, live, virtual, racing and esports markets: football, basketball, tennis, cricket, horse racing, baseball, hockey, rugby, MMA, Formula 1, table tennis and American football, with DOTA 2, CS2 and League of Legends on the esports side. Features run to a Bet Builder combining up to ten markets from one sport, cash-out on pre-match, live and virtual tickets, ticket editing, and daily boosted odds.
One term to carry across from the general rules: bets at odds below 1.30 "may not be considered as wagered" at the company's sole discretion, which affects both bonus turnover and rakeback.
Who is allowed to play
Jack.com does publish a restricted list, which several of its competitors do not. Residents of and access from Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Moldova are not permitted. Separately, free spins and free bets cannot be activated from Russia, Belarus, Poland, Latvia, Georgia, Peru or Pakistan, so a player can be accepted for real-money play and still be shut out of every promotion.
The terms also allow one account per person, household or IP address, which is stricter than it sounds if you share a connection.
Responsible gambling, and the clause that undoes it
Jack.com lists account limits, time-outs and self-exclusion of six months to five years, plus links to support organizations. The mechanism is the concern. Every one of them, including disabling deposits and closing your account temporarily, is actioned by emailing or live-chatting support. There is no in-account self-service control documented anywhere on the site.
More seriously, the policy states that "the self-Excluded account can be reopened prematurely", adding only that where the situation is more serious the staff "will act accordingly". A self-exclusion a player can talk their way out of is the one control that is supposed to hold precisely when they want it not to.
If you play here, set your limits before you start rather than after, and treat self-exclusion as a request rather than a lock.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Clause 14 routes complaints to support, then escalates them inside the company. If that fails, it tells you that you may "contact any independent body, gaming authority or the licensing regulator listed on the Website". No independent dispute service is named, and the regulator listed on the website is the same authority whose register and certificate service disagree about the license. There is also a two-month deadline: complaints raised later than that may be disregarded. Disputes go to a compliance mailbox.
The authority now certifies alternative dispute resolution providers, so naming one is available to this operator and it has not done it.

Two things are worth separating. The score is poor and it has got worse: 2.5 out of five across 31 reviews, 77% of them one star, on a profile Trustpilot records as having no recent history of asking for reviews, so what is there is unsolicited. Complaint themes are consistent: a deposit uncredited for ten days, support unreachable, and rakeback and weekly bonuses far below what players expected.
The reply rate is genuinely good, and it is the one reputational metric that is meaningful at any sample size. Answering 81% of negative reviews within a week is better than most of the operators we rate, several of which answer none.
Set against both, the predecessor brand's rating was removed by Trustpilot with the stated reason that fake reviews were taken down. That is a disclosure about the same operating team, and 31 reviews is far too small a sample to say whether the current profile has been managed differently.
We found no enforcement action against Data Link Digital B.V. on the Curaçao enforcement register and no public warning naming any Jack domain, so this is a reputation problem rather than a regulatory one.

verified that entity and license against the Curaçao Gaming Authority's published license registry, citing the 27 August 2026 edition and its row number together because row numbers move between editions;
read the authority's own certificate service, the enforcement register and its public warnings about unauthorized domains;
read the terms, AML and KYC policy, responsible gaming policy, dispute resolution policy, refund policy, fairness statement and all sixteen live promotions in full;

Final verdict
2.8 out of 5. Jack.com is a good product with a set of terms that are worth reading twice. The catalog is one of the largest we have counted, the coin support is broad, the rakeback is instant, and a 1x withdrawal requirement is better than most of this market offers.
What holds it down is what sits underneath. A $150,000 maximum win the operator may simply deduct. A wager-free headline that its own rules for winnings contradict, with a caveat aimed squarely at players who arrive through affiliate links. VIP earn rates that used to be published and no longer are. A self-exclusion the policy says can be reopened early. No named dispute service. And a license that the regulator's certificate service calls Active while the regulator's register shows the term lapsed in July, with the operator publishing a third date of its own.
