Its own footer still describes it as an "open beta test".
Bitz doesn't score as well as the other casinos in our directories for the following reasons:
The terms let Bitz withhold winnings and your original deposit for undefined "abusive strategies", at its sole discretion, with a clause stating the decision "cannot be appealed by the player".
They cap any win at $300,000, allow payouts of $50,000 or more to be split into installments over 30 days, and state that complaining about a cut payout "may be construed as extortion". An independent complaints adjudicator has already ruled for the casino on those terms, after Bitz voided more than 500 settled sports bets and withheld a 3,912 USDT balance.
The site offers no deposit limits, no loss limits, no session limits and no cooling-off. A responsible gambling policy appeared during our review, but it routes self-exclusion through the support desk instead of giving you a control, and the terms still describe a dashboard setting we could not find.

The Anjouan register names Win Sector N.V. against license ALSI-202411066-FI2 and the bitz.io domain, valid to 21 November 2026, and we re-read the entry on 20 August 2026. The entity matches the one named in the terms, there is no blacklist entry and no regulator action. Very little else on this page is good news.
No referee anywhere in the contract
Section 25 sends complaints to support@bitz.io, promises an answer within 28 days, requires any claim within 14 days of the wager being settled, and ends the escalation path at Bitz's own management. No independent adjudicator is named, and clause 29.6 applies the law of Anjouan while submitting disputes to the courts of Curaçao.
The clauses are enforced, and they hold
This is not theoretical drafting. An independent complaints adjudicator ruled for Bitz after it voided more than 500 settled sports bets and withheld a 3,912 USDT balance, concluding the operator had acted in accordance with its own terms. Clause 4.1.10 says such decisions cannot be appealed by the player.
Telegram play, and Android only
Bitz is one of very few casinos we rate where you can play through a Telegram bot, and it runs a no-deposit Bitcoin faucet. There is no iOS app: what Bitz calls its app is an Android APK sideloaded from bitz2.io, outside Google Play.

So it is licensed, and no blacklist entry or regulator action exists against it. Three things qualify that heavily: Anjouan is a weak-oversight regime and Bitz's terms name no independent dispute body; the terms permit confiscating winnings and deposits at sole discretion without appeal, and an adjudicated complaint confirms those clauses are enforced; and the site offers no deposit, loss or session limits at all. Licensed is not the same as fair.
Who operates Bitz?
Win Sector N.V., a Curaçao-registered company (registration number 156833), licensed in Anjouan. Note that the operator's own paperwork is inconsistent: its terms, its site footer and its claimed Trustpilot profile publish three different company addresses, and the footer misprinted the license number as F12 where the register reads FI2, which Bitz corrected between 18 and 20 August 2026 after we raised it.
Can Bitz confiscate my winnings?
Yes, and its terms say so openly. Clause 4.1.10 lets Bitz withhold funds from any "strategies aimed at unfairly obtaining winnings", including the player's own deposit, at its sole discretion, and states the decision "cannot be appealed by the player". Clause 6.4 separately allows closing any account "without returning all funds". These clauses are used: in a case adjudicated by a public complaints platform, Bitz voided more than 500 settled sports bets and withheld a 3,912 USDT balance over a "value betting/arbitrage" finding, and the adjudicator ruled the casino had acted in accordance with its terms. The terms permitted it, which is exactly the problem.
Does Bitz require KYC verification?
There is no mandatory verification step when you register, but that describes sign-up and not payout. Clause 5.2 lets Bitz request a passport, ID card or driver's license with a utility bill and suspend wagering until they arrive; clauses 5.10 and 5.15 let it freeze or close the account until you supply them; clause 5.14 permits withholding funds while anti-money-laundering checks run. Clause 3.17.1 also stops you editing your own registration details, and requesting a change can trigger a full verification. Reviews are reported to take up to seven days, and withdrawal is the documented trigger. Bitz's own Trustpilot blurb advertises "no mandatory verification" while its casino lobby copy claims it adheres "to strict KYC regulations"; both cannot be true, and the terms are what binds you.
What are Bitz's withdrawal limits?
Clause 9.7 sets a $300,000 maximum win limit across any currency and any single win, with the right to cut the amount above it. Clause 9.6 allows wins of $50,000 or more to be paid in equal installments over up to 30 days, and the maximum-win amount over up to 90 days. Processing is quoted at up to 24 hours "or longer, if needed", and clause 9.4 lets Bitz change withdrawal fees at any time without notice. Clause 9.8 adds that complaints made after a payout is cut "may be construed as extortion". These caps protect the operator, not the player.
Do I have to wager my deposit before withdrawing from Bitz?
Yes, on every deposit, bonus or no bonus. Clauses 10.1 to 10.4 require 1x turnover on crypto deposits used for casino games and sports, and 3x on crypto used for live games and on all fiat deposits, framed as an anti-money-laundering rule. Withdrawal requests are rejected until it is met. Slots count 100% toward the requirement, but every other game category counts only 5%, and roughly 740 listed titles, including Bitz's crash and instant-win games, count 0%.
What is the Bitz welcome bonus?
Four different figures circulate: our research found "+100% to my deposit" in the site FAQ, "Bonus up to $1750" in the live lobby title, "+200% bonus on the first deposit" in Bitz's own Trustpilot blurb, and a "$3,000" figure that exists only in affiliate copy. No wagering requirement is published anywhere in the general terms, which also expressly permit calculating wagering on the deposit plus the bonus. Beware clause 12.7: requesting a payout automatically forfeits your entire bonus balance, even if the casino itself cancels the payout request.
Does Bitz have deposit limits or self-exclusion?
No deposit limits, no loss limits, no session limits and no cooling-off exist anywhere on the site or in the terms. Bitz published a responsible gambling policy in August 2026, after our first checks, but it offers only self-exclusion by asking 24/7 support, for 7 days to 6 months; the four intuitive responsible-gambling URLs we probed first-hand still return 404 errors. The terms' clause 6.8 describes a self-exclusion setting "through the Responsible Gaming section in Your account dashboard", but we checked inside an account and could not find any such section. The public record includes six complaints about refused self-exclusion or account closure, including a player refused more than fifteen times after disclosing a gambling addiction, with $13,800 deposited after the disclosure. If you need protection tools, this site does not have them.
Which cryptocurrencies does Bitz accept?
BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, TRX, BNB, TON, DASH, POL/MATIC and CAKE among others, across multiple chains, with direct on-chain deposits and withdrawals. Fiat deposits by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and e-wallets are supported in RUB, USD and UAH. Deposits are free with most network fees absorbed. The caveat is on the way out: withdrawals must return to the payment method used for the deposit, and a different method is permitted only at Bitz's discretion and subject to additional security checks.
Does Bitz have a mobile app?
Not on iOS. The Android route is an APK sideloaded from bitz2.io, outside Google Play, so treat "dedicated app" claims accordingly. The mobile browser works, and Bitz also offers play through a Telegram bot, which is genuinely unusual: it is one of only three casinos we rate with a working Telegram play option.
Is Bitz provably fair?
No. There is no provably fair verification tool on bitz.io, and no testing laboratory or RNG certificate is named anywhere on the site or in its terms. Games from major third-party studios carry those studios' own certifications, but Bitz itself documents nothing, so any "provably fair" claim about this casino is unsourced.
Can players from the United States use Bitz?
No. The United States is one of 50 jurisdictions named as restricted in clause 3.3, alongside Australia, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Singapore, Israel and many others. Do not use a VPN to get around the block, even though Bitz itself markets a VPN as a product feature. Clause 3.18 has you warrant that you are not playing from a prohibited jurisdiction, so a VPN conceals that breach rather than curing it, your balance is exposed to the confiscation clauses, and a public complaint records a player who followed support's own VPN advice and was then refused a C$1,100 refund.
How many games does Bitz have?
Unverifiable. Bitz claims 10,000+; the lobby cannot be counted from outside an account because it sits behind bot protection, and no independent count exists. The lobby categories are real, including live casino, crash games, game shows and a "98% RTP" section, and a real sportsbook runs alongside. Note that the 98% RTP games and the crash and instant titles contribute nothing toward Bitz's mandatory deposit wagering requirement.

Verdict. Bitz has a real, register-verified license, broad crypto support and a couple of genuinely unusual features, including Telegram play and a no-deposit faucet. It also has the most operator-protective terms we have analyzed on any site we rate, a documented record of those terms being enforced against winning players, and no deposit, loss or session limits for the players who need them. The license question, which sinks many casinos at this level, is the part Bitz passes. Everything after it is the problem, and most of this review is simply a walk through the operator's own contract, clause by clause, so you can see what you agree to before you deposit. Our honest recommendation is further down, but it is not subtle: if you play here at all, keep the balance small.

Is Bitz Legit and Safe?
The license is real, and we verified it ourselves. Bitz's terms name Win Sector N.V., a Curaçao-registered company (registration 156833), as the operator. We read the Anjouan Gaming license register directly on 17 August 2026. Win Sector N.V. holds license ALSI-202411066-FI2: status valid, business-to-consumer, issued 22 November 2024, expiring 21 November 2026, and the covered domains include bitz.io, the domain our link sends you to. The entity on the register matches the entity in the terms. No blacklist entry and no regulator enforcement action against Bitz was found.
One correction worth making, because a casual search returns the wrong answer: some circulating summaries claim the register shows this license as expired in November 2025. That is a misreading. The register we read shows it issued in November 2024 and valid to November 2026.
That is the good news, and four things qualify it.
First, Bitz published the wrong license number on its own site for months. The bitz.io footer read ALSI-202411066-F12, with a digit one, where the register says FI2, with a letter I. Bitz told us it would fix the misprint, and on our 20 August 2026 re-check the footer had been corrected to FI2. An archived copy of the site from 16 August still shows F12, so the fix landed after we put our findings to the operator, which is worth crediting. It remains an operator that could not transcribe its own license number for months, and there is still no license seal or register link anywhere on the site that would let a player check it independently.
Second, the corporate paperwork is inconsistent. The terms give one Curaçao address, the site footer a different one, and the company details on its claimed Trustpilot profile give a third address in Larnaca, Cyprus. Three addresses across three of the operator's own surfaces. We could not independently confirm the Curaçao company registration, because that register is not freely searchable, so the registration number rests on the operator's own documents.
Third, Anjouan is a weak-oversight regime, and Bitz's terms name no independent dispute body at all. Section 25 of the terms routes complaints to support@bitz.io, promises a response "within 28 days", requires any claim to be lodged within 14 days of the wager being decided or "no claims will be honored", and ends the escalation path at Bitz's own management. There is no external adjudicator of any kind in the contract. The governing-law clause (29.6) then manages to contradict itself, declaring the terms governed by the law of Anjouan while submitting disputes exclusively to the courts of Curaçao.
Fourth, the license expires on 21 November 2026. If you are reading this near or after that date, check the register before depositing, because we will need to do the same.
The Terms Are the Review
Bitz's terms run to 29 sections, and we read all of them on 17 August 2026. This section is the heart of this review, because everything the complaint record shows follows from clauses that are sitting in plain sight.
Clause 4.1.10: confiscation without appeal
The restricted-use clause prohibits advantage software, and then goes much further. Verbatim, with the original grammar preserved:
> "...or use strategies aimed at unfairly obtaining winnings or gaining an advantage over the casino is prohibited. Bets and funds which received from these bets will be regarded as illegal. Bitz reserves the right to withhold these funds, including the user's deposit funds. Bitz reserve the right, after withholding such funds, to block the account without the right to restore. Withholding funds and blocking account carried out at Bitz`s sole discretion and cannot be appealed by the player."
Read that slowly. The trigger is a "strategy" the casino considers unfair, a term the contract never defines. The judgment is at Bitz's sole discretion. The remedy reaches not just your winnings but your own deposit. The decision is expressly non-appealable. And the clause continues: if the "illegally won funds" exceed your balance, Bitz asserts the right to pursue you for the difference, "including claims".
Clause 6.4 is shorter and, if anything, blunter: "We reserve the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice and without returning all funds." Clause 6.3 allows Bitz to void bets and withhold "any money in Your account (including the deposit)". Clause 6.7 removes any obligation to refund where the casino, in its sole discretion, deems bad faith around a bonus. Clause 5.17 confiscates winnings and bonuses on suspicion of breach, returning the remaining balance only "subject to our discretion". Clause 8.5 forfeits any positive balance over duplicate accounts, "conspirations" or fraud, again as Bitz defines them.
These clauses are used, and they hold up
This is not theoretical drafting. In a case we read in full on a public complaints platform, a verified player placed more than 500 basketball bets at odds of 1.8 to 2.0, passed verification, and had deposited and withdrawn before without incident. When his balance reached 3,912 USDT and he requested a withdrawal, he was told to wait, found his account blocked the next day, and was then banned from Bitz's Telegram channel after raising it there. All 500 bets were declared invalid. Bitz's representative reply on the record: the account "was banned for value betting/arbitrage... which is a direct violation of our Fair Play rules", adding "we return your initial deposit back so we didn't stole any of your belongings." Arbitrage abuse is named in Bitz's separate betting rules, at clause 2.28, so the ground it relied on is published. The power to keep the money came from section 4.
The platform's complaint team ruled for the casino, concluding that Bitz "acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions" and closing the case.
Be precise about what that outcome means, because it is worse for the player than a theft allegation would be. Bitz did not break its contract. The contract permits voiding 500 settled sports bets and withholding a four-figure balance on a discretionary, non-appealable "strategy" finding, and an independent reviewer confirmed it. The clause is the story. A second complaint on another platform records a comparable outcome: an account closed and a balance withheld over an arbitrage-betting accusation. If you are a sharp bettor, a consistent winner, or simply lucky in a pattern the casino dislikes, this contract is written to let Bitz keep the money, and the public record shows it will.
Bonus abuse and the payout-dispute clause
Clause 12.11 applies the same logic to promotions: if a check reveals a player "engaging in strategies that our casino, in its sole discretion, considers abusive", Bitz may disqualify them and cancel bonuses and winnings it "believe[s] may have been wagered as a result of abuse of the system". The same clause lets Bitz forfeit bonus winnings and close the account if you cannot be reached on the phone number you registered with.
Then there is clause 9.8, which we have not seen anywhere else. Where Bitz cuts a payout under its maximum win limit, any claims the player makes after receiving the notification letter "will be considered as evidence of abuse of rights by the user in order to unreasonably obtain additional funds and may be construed as extortion." Complaining about a reduced payout is, by contract, framed as possible extortion. We do not know what Bitz intends to do with that framing, and the clause does not say. Its function is to discourage you from disputing a cut.
Does Bitz Require KYC?
Yes, at whatever point it decides to. There is no mandatory verification step at sign-up, and Bitz has advertised that as a feature. Read it as a description of registration and nothing else, because the terms let Bitz demand documents at any time and withdrawal is the documented trigger.
Clause 5.2 allows Bitz to require a passport, ID card or driver's license together with a utility bill, and to suspend wagering until they arrive. Clauses 5.10 and 5.15 let it freeze or close an account until the information is supplied. Clause 5.14 applies anti-money-laundering obligations under Anjouan law and permits suspending, freezing or closing an account and withholding funds while it does. Clause 3.17.1 stops you editing your own registration details, and asking for a change can itself trigger a full verification at Bitz's discretion. Reviews are reported to take up to seven days.
Bitz's own statements on this contradict each other. Its company blurb on Trustpilot advertises "no mandatory verification", while its casino lobby copy says it adheres "to strict KYC regulations". Both cannot be true, and the terms are the document that binds you.
Before you deposit
Have a passport or government ID and a recent utility bill ready before you request a withdrawal, not after.
Do not change your registration details mid-play. Clause 3.17.1 turns that into a verification event.
Allow up to seven days for a review, and note that clause 5.15 permits the account to stay frozen while it runs.
Read clause 4.1.10 and section 9 before you fund the account. They decide what happens to a balance Bitz decides not to pay.
Withdrawals, Caps and the Mandatory Turnover
You cannot withdraw anything until you have wagered your deposit. Clauses 10.1 to 10.4 apply a turnover requirement to all deposits, bonus or no bonus: 1x for crypto deposits used on casino games and sports betting, 3x for crypto on live games, and 3x for all fiat deposits. Clause 10.3 is explicit that a "withdrawal request will be rejected until deposit wagering conditions are met". Clause 20.1 frames the whole rule as an anti-money-laundering requirement.
The contribution weighting turns a mild-sounding rule into a harsh one. Slots count 100% toward the requirement; every other game category counts 5%. Clearing a 3x requirement through live games therefore takes roughly sixty times the deposit in live-game turnover. On top of that, clause 12.12 lists roughly 740 titles, including the Plinko, Mines, crash and instant-win games Bitz promotes hardest, where wagering credit is zero. A player has already been refused a withdrawal on exactly this rule and described it as undisclosed. Consider it disclosed now.
The caps. Clause 9.7 sets a $300,000 maximum win limit across any currency and any single win, including bonus rounds and free spins, with Bitz reserving the right to "cut the amount above" it based on your game history, betting level and account. Clause 9.6 lets wins of $50,000 or more be paid "in equal parts within 30 days", and the maximum-win amount itself can be paid in installments over up to 90 days. When we put the absence of player protection tools to Bitz, it pointed us to these two clauses as its limits. They are limits, but read who they protect: a ceiling on what you can win and a schedule that slows large payouts protect the operator's cash flow. They do nothing to control what a player can lose, which is what deposit and loss limits are for. Bitz has the first kind and none of the second. Note also what Bitz tells search engines: the English description on its own homepage advertises "No cashout limits", which is the opposite of clause 9.7.
Timing and fees. Clause 9.1 commits to processing withdrawals in "up to 24 hours or longer, if needed", which commits to nothing; fiat rails are quoted at up to 24 hours and crypto "at the speed of the blockchain". Clause 9.4 reserves the right to change the withdrawal fee "at any time without prior notice". The terms also require withdrawals to return to the payment method used for the deposit, allowing an exception only at Bitz's own discretion and subject to additional security checks. Deposits are free, with Bitz absorbing most deposit network fees, and clause 7.1 states that inactive accounts are never blocked or suspended, with no dormancy fees. Those two genuine positives are worth recording. Wrong-chain and sub-minimum deposits, per clauses 8.1, 9.3 and 11.2, are entirely the player's loss.
The Bonus, and What Bitz Does Not Publish
Start with the number, because there are four of them. A "$3,000" welcome figure circulates in affiliate copy but appears nowhere on bitz.io today. The live lobby page title reads "Bonus up to $1750". The site FAQ says "+100% to my deposit". Bitz's own blurb on its Trustpilot profile advertises "+200% bonus on the first deposit". Until the operator publishes one offer with one set of terms, we will not carry a headline figure as fact.
No wagering requirement is published anywhere in the general terms. Clause 12.9 says wagering requirements are set out in the specific bonus terms and may be expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount "or the bonus amount plus the deposit amount", meaning the punitive deposit-plus-bonus base is expressly permitted. A bonus headline without its wagering requirement is unquantifiable, so we treat the welcome offer as unquantifiable.
What the terms do publish is a set of traps:
Clause 12.7: creating a payout request automatically forfeits your entire bonus balance, "even if the payout request is canceled by our finance department". Ask for your money and the bonus is gone, even if the casino itself blocks the payout.
Clauses 12.1 and 12.2: no bonuses from a shared network such as a workplace or internet cafe, and more than one membership on the same IP address cancels all bonuses and winnings.
Clause 12.10: withdrawing any amount before clearing a bonus cancels it.
Weighting: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker, all live casino games and more contribute 5%. The Endorphina games in the "98% RTP" category Bitz promotes, and the roughly 740 titles in clause 12.12 including its crash and instant games, contribute 0%. The games the site sells hardest are precisely the ones that do not clear wagering.
One point in Bitz's favor, and it is genuine: the max-bet rule is soft. A wager above 20% of the active bonus contributes only 20% toward wagering rather than voiding the bonus outright, which is fairer than the voiding clauses common elsewhere.
Games and Fairness
The lobby is organized into crypto, popular, new, 98% RTP, bonus wagering, live, crash, game shows, roulette, baccarat, slots and bonus-buy categories, which we read from the live site. Bitz claims 10,000 or more games from 50 or more providers, with tier-1 names including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Hacksaw and Play'n GO; Endorphina and Mascot are confirmed present because the bonus terms regulate their games by name. We could not verify the counts, because the game lobby is rendered behind a bot-protection layer and its API refuses unauthenticated requests, so we are not publishing a game count. Bitz's own metadata manages to claim both at once: the English description on its homepage advertises "10k+ slots" while its Portuguese, Spanish, German, Italian and Polish descriptions say "more than 3000". That is its own argument for not repeating marketing numbers.
The sportsbook is real: the terms contain a full sports rules section, and the largest adjudicated complaint against Bitz is a sports-betting dispute. Football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey, UFC and esports are claimed, pre-match and live.
On fairness, there is nothing to verify. No provably fair verification tool exists on the site, and no testing laboratory or RNG certificate is named anywhere on bitz.io or in the terms. Games from major studios carry those studios' own certifications, but Bitz itself documents nothing. Any claim that Bitz is "provably fair" is unsourced.
Cryptocurrency and Payments
This is Bitz's strongest area. Ten or more coins are accepted, including BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, TRX, BNB, TON, DASH, POL and CAKE, across multiple chains, with direct on-chain deposits and withdrawals. Fiat rails exist alongside: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and e-wallets in RUB, USD and UAH. Deposits are free and Bitz absorbs most deposit network fees.
The caveat is on the way out rather than the way in. Bitz's terms require a withdrawal to return to the payment method the deposit came from, and permit a different method only at Bitz's own discretion and subject to additional security checks. Fund the account by a route you are willing to be paid back through.
Mobile, Telegram and the VPN Problem
There is no iOS app. What Bitz calls its app is an Android APK sideloaded from bitz2.io, outside Google Play, so any body copy implying a universal "dedicated app" is wrong. The mobile browser works, and the genuinely distinctive route is the Telegram play bot: Bitz is one of only three casinos we rate where you can actually play through Telegram, and for the audience that lives there it is a real feature. A no-deposit faucet also exists, letting you try games without funding the account; the specific faucet amounts advertised are not documented in the terms, so we do not repeat them.
Above: the Bitz lobby as we captured it in June 2026. The sidebar sells "Bitz VPN" as a product two rows above "Play on Telegram", which is the contradiction set out below. The games grouped under Crypto (Plinko 2, Mines, Rock Paper Scissors, Coinflip) are among the titles clause 12.12 zero-rates for wagering, so the games shown here at the top of the lobby are the ones that clear no turnover at all.
Then there is a contradiction we have not seen from any other operator. Bitz markets its own VPN as a top-level product feature. At the same time, clause 3.3 of its terms bars residents of 50 named jurisdictions, and clause 3.18 has you warrant that you will not use the service while located anywhere that prohibits online betting. Nothing in the terms mentions VPNs at all, and that is the point: a VPN does not cure that breach, it conceals it. An operator selling the tool that hides a breach of its own contract is productised geo-circumvention, and the risk sits entirely with the player: a balance built through a VPN from a restricted country is exposed to the confiscation clauses in section 4 and section 6. The public record already contains the cost of this ambiguity. In one complaint we read, a Canadian player says Bitz support told him to use a VPN to reach geo-blocked games, and the casino then refused to refund his C$1,100. Do not use a VPN with Bitz, whatever the site sells you or support tells you.
Restricted Countries
Clause 3.3 names 50 restricted jurisdictions, including the United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Pakistan, the Philippines, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan, plus "other restricted jurisdictions... reported by us from time to time". Playing from one of them breaches the terms independently of anything else.
Responsible Gambling
This is the worst section of this review, and we checked everything in it first-hand.
Bitz gives you no way to limit your own play. On 17 August 2026 we probed the operator's own paths directly: /responsible-gambling, /responsible-gaming, /self-exclusion and /self-exclusion-policy all returned real 404 pages, and all four still did on 20 August. Section 18 of the terms, titled "Responsible game", is one line in its entirety: a link to gamblingtherapy.org. Deposit limits are not offered. Loss limits are not offered. Session limits, cooling-off periods and reality checks are not offered. None of them appears anywhere in the terms, in the site's policies, or inside an account.
One thing did change while we were reviewing. On 17 August the site footer carried no responsible-gambling link at all, and an archived copy from 16 August confirms it: the only policy links were terms, privacy, FAQ and betting rules, and "responsible gaming" existed on the site solely as an unreachable label inside its own front-end code. By 20 August a Responsible Gambling Policy had been published at /responsible-gaming-policy and linked from the footer. It is worth having: it names Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare, states an 18-plus requirement, and offers self-exclusion "for 7 days or for a period of up to 6 months". What it does not give you is a single limit you can set yourself. It also now contradicts the contract on how self-exclusion works: the policy tells you to contact 24/7 support, while clause 6.8 tells you to enable it in a Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard, which we still could not find.
The contract's own account of self-exclusion is clause 6.8: "we offer a self-exclusion option. You can enable this setting through the Responsible Gaming section in Your account dashboard on the Website." We checked inside a registered account and could not find any Responsible Gaming section in the dashboard. Either it is hidden well enough that a player looking for it cannot find it, or the terms describe a feature that does not exist. Multiple players report the same dead end.
The public complaint record turns that absence into a pattern. Across two public complaint platforms we counted six complaints about refused self-exclusion or refused account closure, one still unresolved. The worst of them is fully on the record. A player who opened an account in December 2025 states that the responsible gambling link "was nonfunctional and led to a dead page"; that he then requested self-exclusion, account closure, deposit blocks or limits more than fifteen times by email, live chat and Telegram, after disclosing a gambling addiction; that every request was denied, with Bitz saying such measures "were not possible for legal or technical reasons"; that Bitz assigned him a personal manager who encouraged continued play; and that after his disclosure, Bitz accepted a further $13,800 in deposits. When he escalated publicly, Bitz blocked his account within days, demonstrating that it could restrict the account all along.
Bitz's own reply on the record concedes the mechanism was broken, describing "the technical malfunction affecting the self-exclusion feature", and says it offered the player $5,000 in compensation, which he declined. The adjudicator rejected the casino's defense in terms worth quoting: "responsible gambling obligations cannot be set aside due to technical limitations, particularly when manual intervention later proved to be possible."
The player also alleged that in December 2025 Bitz removed its self-exclusion policy and the responsible gambling link from the player profile after the issue was raised publicly. Eight months later, on 17 August 2026, all four responsible-gambling paths still returned 404s, and a Trustpilot reviewer writing one day before our check reported being unable to find any responsible gambling policy or self-exclusion option on the site. What has come back, three days after we put our findings to the operator, is a policy page rather than a set of limits.
If you have any history of gambling harm, do not open an account here. There is still no limit you can set, and the documented record is of a player who asked fifteen times and was refused.
Reputation
Trustpilot: 2.3 out of 5, rated "Poor", from 43 reviews, read in full on 17 August and re-read on 20 August 2026. The distribution is 28% five-star and roughly 58% one-star, with 35 of the 43 reviews posted in the last twelve months. Context matters in both directions here. The profile is claimed (December 2023), carries a paid Trustpilot subscription, and is flagged as inviting customers to review, so the sample is at least partly solicited, and it still lands at 2.3. On the other side, Bitz's engagement is real: it has replied to 90% of negative reviews, typically within 48 hours. Its own company blurb on the profile advertises "no mandatory verification" and a "+200% bonus on the first deposit"; the first claim is false against its own KYC clauses, and the second matches nothing published on its site.
The complaint record on public mediation platforms is small but pointed: a dozen cases on one platform, of which ten were rejected and one is unresolved, and three on another platform, where two are marked resolved and one is not. The disputed sums are large for an operator this size, and the shape of the file is the finding: alongside withheld-winnings cases (3,912 USDT, $1,770, 32,000 TRX, a $500 confiscation reported on Trustpilot), the single biggest cluster is self-exclusion and account-closure refusals. No blacklist entry exists, and we found no regulator enforcement action.
On KYC, be clear despite the marketing: clauses 5.2, 5.10 and 5.15 let Bitz demand documents at any time, suspend wagering until they arrive, and freeze or close the account meanwhile, with checks reported to take up to 7 days. Verification is discretionary and withdrawal is a documented trigger. "No mandatory verification" is a sign-up description, not a payout one.
Customer Support
Structurally, support looks fine: 24/7 live chat, email, an FAQ, Telegram and a community chat, and the Trustpilot reply rate above. We did not run a timed live-chat test, so our support score is provisional. What we can assess is conduct on the record, and it is poor: support advised a player to use a VPN and the casino then refused the refund; support told a self-declared addict fifteen or more times that closure and limits were impossible when manual intervention later proved possible; and a complainant was banned from the Telegram channel after raising a dispute there. Bitz also circulates three different official email addresses across its terms, its bonus opt-out clause and its Trustpilot profile, which does not help a player trying to create a paper trail. If you contact support about money, use email, keep everything, and remember the 14-day claim window in section 25.
Alternatives to Bitz
Three casinos we rate address the specific things Bitz gets wrong. All three score higher and all three are listed in our directories.
Names a binding independent dispute service, CADRE, whose decision binds both sides, where Bitz names no adjudicator at all. It also applies no deposit turnover before withdrawal.
No stated withdrawal ceiling and no win cap, against Bitz's $300,000 cap and installment payouts above $50,000. It publishes deposit, loss and wager limits, self-exclusion and a Break in Play tool. It applies the same 100% deposit wagering rule, so that is not the reason to switch.
Licensed in the same light-touch Anjouan regime, which makes it a like-for-like comparison, and its terms state no withdrawal caps while self-exclusion is available. It launched in 2025, so its record is shorter than Bitz's.
How We Reviewed Bitz
We read the full bitz.io terms and conditions, all 29 sections, on 17 August 2026, and every clause number in this review is quotable against that document. We verified the license by reading the Anjouan Gaming register directly on the same day, rather than trusting the operator's footer, which is how we caught the misprinted license number. We probed the site's responsible-gambling paths first-hand and recorded the 404s, followed our own affiliate link to its terminal destination to confirm it lands on the licensed domain, read the Trustpilot record in full, and read the major public complaints in the original rather than summarized. Following the operator's response to our findings, we re-checked the disputed clauses and the footer on 18 August 2026, and checked inside a registered account for the Responsible Gaming dashboard section the terms describe. On 20 August 2026 we re-read the register entry, the Trustpilot record, every clause cited here, the site footer, the four responsible-gambling paths and both public complaint files, and compared the live footer against an archived copy from 16 August in order to date the operator's changes.
We did not deposit, play or withdraw, so nothing here is a hands-on payout test, and our experience and support scores are marked provisional. Game and provider counts, live-chat quality and 2FA could not be verified from outside a funded account, and we say "not verified" rather than guessing.

Final Verdict
Bitz is a licensed casino whose license is the best thing about it. The register entry is real, the entity matches, the crypto rails are broad, Telegram play is genuinely distinctive, and the faucet and no-dormancy-fee policy are real positives. If Bitz honored a fair contract, there would be the outline of a decent site here.
The contract is the problem. It allows confiscation of winnings and deposits on undefined grounds, at sole discretion, without appeal; it caps wins at $300,000 and slows large payouts into installments; it frames complaints about cut payouts as possible extortion; it applies turnover to every deposit while quietly zero-rating the games it promotes hardest; and it publishes no wagering requirement for the bonus it advertises in four contradictory versions. An independent adjudicator has confirmed the confiscation clauses operate exactly as written. And the operator still offers no way to limit your own play: no deposit limits, no loss limits, no cooling-off, and a policy published this month that routes self-exclusion through the same support desk a documented record shows refusing it.
Our score of 2.4 out of 5 is one of the lowest we have published, and it is built from the operator's own documents. If you play at Bitz anyway: use crypto, stay off any bonus, never use a VPN, keep your balance small, withdraw early and often, and keep records of everything, because the contract you accepted gives you 14 days and no referee.
