On July 31st, 2018 Democrat attorneys general from across the US convinced a federal judge to suspend a settlement agreement from the Dept of State, won by Defense Distributed and The Second Amendment Foundation, allowing all Americans to share gun blueprints on the Internet.
This order means NO American currently has the First Amendment right to share technical plans related to the Second Amendment!
DD and the Second Amendment Foundation are challenging this order and have filed a civil rights action in federal court against the politicians who would deny us our rights “under the color of law”.
